The hotel was good and nearly to beach

The location was great just right next to the beach and the size of the room is super. Also I really liked the bathroom because it was natural decor. However the things in the room were quite old and dirty (definitely it was cleaned but due to several use it had spots and also the curtains would need a wash) The breakfast is served on the beach and under your feet is the sand which was super great. The juice the best for the breakfast but about the selection of breakfast is suoer poor. You can chose tea or coffee or juice. You cant have juice with coffee…. And the meal also toast or something else, but as I have allergic problems I got some slices of fruits. It was nice but of course soon needed a second breakfast :)

The location is top notch. The room was not cleaned even once during the week.

就在海灘邊上，還有自己的沙灘躺椅，看海浮潛都非常贊，老闆以為我們是韓國人，得知我們來自於中國還和我們學了漢話，體給不錯。

Достаточно чисто, близко к точкам для снорклинга, но нет горячей воды в душе, слабый напор.

Мы переночевали здесь 1 ночь из 3 и переехали в другой отель. Район: находится довольно близко к порту - с чемоданами минут 10 пешком, но этот район очень шумный, активный, и кафе и отели здесь встречаются сомнительные. Если ваша цель тусоваться - отличный выбор с пешей доступностью. Если вы хотите чилла и спокойствия, лакшери атмосферы, советую выбрать западную часть. Номер: за территорией вроде ухаживают, норм. Есть патио. Номер уставший, белые стены уже давно не белые, из мебели кровать шкаф и одна тумба. Сейфа нет, как и холодильника, стаканов, чайника. Есть кулер на стойке ресепшена. Слышимость очень хорошая в номере - рано утром проснулись от уборки территории персоналом и от их громких разговоров, а до этого еще раньше утром проснулись от пения мечети, видимо, она там очень близко. Полотенца уже прямо на последнем издыхании, их пора заменить. И кстати - нет одеяла! Только простынка. Поэтому ночью просыпались чтобы включить выключить кондиционер - без него жарко, с ним холодно, дует на кровать. Еще в номере есть зонтик, это приятно. Уборка: ее не было за все три дня ( мы оставляли там чемодан и возвращались). Даже пепельницу на патио никто не почистил с первого дня. Про полотенца писала выше- их срочно пора заменить, они уже все в нитках. Ванна кстати красивая и относительно нормальная по чистоте, учитывая весь контекст с с уборкой на бали. Персонал приветливый, парень на ресепшене был очень приятным. У отеля своя территория на пляже, бесплатно для постояльцев. В общем, сюда я бы точно не вернулась даже за большую скидку, но у меня были свои ожидания от пребывания на гили, плюс мы очень уеним комфорт. Возможно, кому то отель понравится изза расположения, цены, а также тем, кто очень крепко спит и не брезглив :)

Today we rented two sunbeds at Gili Smile Bungalows. The beach was beautiful, and we also enjoyed a tasty lunch at the bungalows. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience when it came time to pay. They deliberately overcharged us by 50,000 IDR. When we asked to see the menu again to double-check the prices, they insisted their calculation was correct and that we had to pay the full amount. To avoid further conflict, we paid as requested. However, we were quite disappointed with the service and the lack of friendliness from the staff.

Very relaxed attitude to the typical procedures of a guest stay. No paperwork, just a silly receptionist with corny jokes to welcome you and bid you adieu. Nicely furnished bathroom, AC works well, steps from Turtle beach. A rather stingy breakfast is served, and the door locks jam. But not a bad place to be stuck, all in all.

The room was disgusting. Sheets were stained, mirror, floor, table... All was dirty. The toilet was broken and there was water on the floor. The room is not like pictures at all. When we cancelled our stay the man was insulting and accused us of dirtying the room. he refused to reimburse us. To ban!
