Great hotel, good location, 10 minute walk from the metro station. Huge TV with streaming and Bluetooth options, street is not too busy, big rooms with really functional furniture

The room is big, the location is fine. But the bad thing is the toilet, it's open on top of the door and when you p00p, it's not keep the smell inside, not even mention about the sound, we had to ask each of us to went outside when another person doing thing, and there's no air-ventilation.

I slept here for one day. When I came in to the hotel room the smell was really bad so I had to spray the perfume. Also the hairdryer was old one. Bathroom and bed sanitary was quite nice. but I think the window is little bit old and there was dust also. I think It was quite nice for one day.

Clean and new room

I don't know if the room size matches what is written on the platform When you first enter the hotel and exit the elevator, the floor has a clear meaning. After the second window was opened, there was no window net, there were mosquitoes, and the air conditioner had a low wind speed. When I closed the window, I turned the air conditioner to the maximum wind speed and lowered the temperature to the minimum, and the indoor temperature still changed very little. I went to the hotel at 3am because I was only staying in Shenzhen for one day. Seeing the situation, I went out to the square for a walk. I came back at 6:30am and stayed until 8am before going to a meeting. I came back at 12pm, packed up and left. As for the service, I don't want to comment because I think there is no need to comment. It's not the first time I stay in a hotel. I understand the current economic environment. Some minor misalignments can be tolerated, but this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I first stayed there two years ago. It was newly renovated, the hardware conditions are very good, the location and transportation are convenient, there are many delicious foods around, and the staff has a good service attitude. This time I stayed, I found that the facilities were old and had not been repaired and updated in time. The air conditioners in many rooms were not cold, which caused mosquitoes in the middle of the night and affected my sleep. I hope it will be improved in time.
