One of our best stays during my time in Japan! The staff were very friendly. She shared with us where we should go for onsen, dinner and places to visit. Breakfast was simple but very hearty. We are touched that they considered our food restrictions and adjusted accordingly. Very thoughtful! We could also use the yucata and jacket to walk around town. Love this experience very much! The onsen is also lovely. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again. P.s they don't have yamato service if you need to deliver your baggage.

The accommodation provided recently is good and cost-effective. Easy parking. The staff is very friendly and provides all service information, surrounding tourism and food. The room is quite large. Across the street is the hot spring street.

A very recommended homestay, the owner is Japanese and can speak Chinese. There is also a Chinese girl at the front desk, so communication is barrier-free. There is a private bath with a time period of your choice, so you can enjoy your private space alone.

A tea table is set at the door on the second floor, which is very convenient for guests to eat. A warm and nutritious breakfast brings a good mood for a day's travel. 4 Value-added: The store gives each guest a warm baby + socks, which is considerate❤️ Looking forward to the next trip to Gero, I will choose Toraya👍🏻

The Chinese service and the boss who can speak Chinese are super good. The breakfast is very creative. The surrounding scenery is super beautiful. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. I can't help but linger.

The hotel is located near Gero Hot Spring Street. If you make a reservation for the Ryujin Festival that night, turn down the street and you will find a food stall. A little further ahead is Shiro Bridge 👍The hotel entrance registration location is neat, coffee and other drinks are provided, and there are yukata for men and women. Female guests and children can wear clothes when going out👍The guest room is of reasonable size and very comfortable, with separate toilet and bathroom. Although there is a Japanese hot spring bath, the lack of bathing areas is still a fly in the ointment. The breakfast is great, with hot Japanese mixed vegetable soup in a thermos bottle, bread and juice 😋

The hotel is new and clean. The sound insulation is very poor. Every time someone passes by the door or guests move around in the room above, it makes a lot of noise.
