nice heritage building. is a good exprience. very spacious room with large living area, toilet and loft bed area.

Very nicely remodeled venue. At the restaurant, good service, good food, but they serve Nescafé! Omg. The worst coffee - except for maybe Folgers.

Book this hotel due to recommendation but found it extremely unacceptable compare to my normal travelling hotels. Upon arrival receptionist was unfriendly & business like. Size of the suites are big but too many steep stairs to climb to the bedroom not suitable for aged or handicap. Flooring was in bad condition most area in the sitting room area bulge up one can tripped easily if unaware, Hotel tried to cover up with foot mat but not helpful. We found the room spooky with dark antique furnitures which makes the room even darker & uncomfortable. Unfortunately I’ve paid for the 3 nights & hotel not willing to refund the 2 nights fee even if we had spent 1 night there. This hotel has great potential but needs to upgrade its current condition. Breakfast selection not great, we prefer to eat out although room rate includes breakfast.

It is all about heritage and antiques. The suite is big, the staff are very friendly, the library or lounging area with pool view is amazing. The environment are so calming..will stay here again.

Superb stay at seven terraces, everything was amazing from the moment we booked, the rooms are unique and decorated to the highest of standards, the building is stunning like staying in a museum. We had the privilege of attending a private dinner at the owners home which in itself was a veritable treat. Having stayed at the Blue Mansion also, I can honestly say this was the better of the two experiences

The best hotel ever had in penang!

The place is eye-catching as soon as you enter the door. It is converted from seven old houses. The Love Restaurant on the first floor is also very charming, giving you a feeling of traveling through time. The location is also great and the service is very warm!

Came to Penang and stayed in three hotels. Room 7 is the best one, the most stylish and the quietest one. Its own restaurant is also Michelin. I am very grateful to Ctrip's customer service for helping me book Michelin and delaying the time to 13:00.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is thick dust on the floor and furniture, it should have been a long time since it was cleaned. The sofa cover has turned black. I don't know what kind of bottled water is provided, it is unpalatable. The snacks for afternoon tea were taken out of a large dirty vest bag, and the tea set was not cleaned. The blanket on the bed was covered with dust when it was shaken, which made us all allergic. There was also a strange smell in the bathroom. Originally, we booked four nights, but on the third night, we couldn't stand it anymore. We asked the hotel to check out early and refund one day's room fee. The front desk replied that the hotel manager would meet with us the next morning to communicate. The next morning, we went to ask the front desk at the agreed time, and it turned out that the manager was going to a meeting and would not come, and did not agree to refund one day's room fee. It was really bullying! We had to contact Ctrip to explain the situation. Ctrip communicated with the hotel again, but the hotel still had a bad attitude. We insisted on checking out early. Finally, Ctrip proposed that Ctrip compensate us for 80% of the room fee for one day. Thank you Ctrip. This store recommends that everyone should not step on the thunder again!
