Get a very interesting and comfortable experience here. Our family is very satisfied with staying here because it is clean and spacious, and there are swimming pool facilities with warm water, gym and outdoor & indoor toys for children. To go to skyworld there is also a shuttle bus although it is paid but still affordable and safe.

The 3-bedroom apartment is spacious and clean, but it smells a bit damp, probably from the cold air and the mountains. I got a room on the first floor, but there is no view. The dog downstairs is a bit noisy. There are some coffee shops and snacks in the lobby, as well as a convenience store, which is quite convenient. There is also a shuttle bus to Genting, but you need to book in advance and it costs RM11 per person.

We book this place because the photos is beautiful, however when we check in to the room , the room totally different than the advertised photo. Layout , size , bed all different .
Got weird smell, dusty room !
Before check in we having hard time to find the reception counter . The counter located at level 3 car park! The counter is myvi car ! So unprofessional!
After we check in and saw the situation, we quickly go back to the reception to ask for solutions.
However the reception don’t have the proper training to solve our issue, having us standing at the car park for more than an hours, we decided to cancel the room, and the staff gave us a name card to call their customer service , however the number there is unavailable after call so many times! We believe they provide a fake customer service number to us . They don’t want to refund us.
Due to late night, we request to change to another better room, still need us to Topup more money .
Very bad experience
Never ever gonna stay at this place again!
