Plus, the hotel staff are truly wonderful and super polite!"

"There were many tour groups, so it was quite noisy, and the carpet in the room smelled bad. The location was okay. The toilet was relatively clean. There was no bottled water in the room. Breakfast was provided, but it had to be eaten before 7:30 am, which was too early, so I didn't eat it."

"1. For all these campsites or B&Bs, if cars can't reach the basement or get close to the accommodation, please proactively help guests with their luggage. Having so many steps is really strenuous. 2. The hygiene is truly subpar. The shower mat was incredibly dirty, and the sheets on the tatami weren't changed. The amenities box also contained dried-up, unknown liquid. 3. The shower and toilet are separate, and toiletries weren't placed in the shower, which was very inconvenient. 4. The manual rollercoaster downstairs is a safety hazard; it directly scraped a child's leg. Summary: There's no genuine care for guests. The hygiene is terrible. I recommend staying in a proper hotel if available, as their service standards and hygiene requirements are completely different. A room rate of over a thousand yuan per night is not cheap, and a nice view doesn't excuse everything else. Special mention: The staff member, Xiao Shuang, tried her best to help resolve issues, carrying luggage and changing sheets."
