Lovely hotel in a central location, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and a short walk to the lake. Room backed onto an alley, was very quiet. Weather was hot (34 deg) but room wasn’t too bad. Windows opened and there was a fan in the room. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel room is spacious compared to other hotels I stayed in Switzerland/Europe. There's no AC in the hotel but a fan. It's still a bit too warm in the room in the summer time. Otherwise, everything is good.

staff at the reception are very friendly . Walking distance to the lake . Good breakfast.

The location was great, they have two separate buildings and one you have to pass through a back door of dining area. Also, we’ve asked for iron and they didn’t give it to use despite calling 5 times and after the 6th call they brought an iron. The service is not great at all.

It was more like a 3star hotel than 4 star. Overally was good but not worth the price at all.

The soundproofing is very poor. The service is OK. The main problem is that the room is very small. The water provided has a strange smell. My friend said it is better to drink tap water.

The room is a good size, with a table for takeaways 🤣🤣🤣 The hanger can hold two pieces, which is very small. The advantage is the strong water pressure, very satisfactory. Be sure to stay on the 5th floor except in winter! There is air conditioning only on the 5th floor! The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Dior LV Cartier Breakfast must be too rich

It's very hot in the summer without air conditioning. The attitude of the front desk is very bad. There is no service in two areas. Hygiene: Very average Facilities, too hot to sleep
