"The hotel is clean, and the staff at the desk are great. That said, the beds are not comfortable at all, and it sounds like someone is walking on your head if you're on a lower floor. It is in a decent area and close to food and shopping."

"This was a comfortable and clean facility. Room price was average for the area on a Thursday. When checking in, I asked for a ground floor due to less walking for us senior citizens. Front desk member Michael happily changed our room to make this happen. Unfortunately we were awakened around midnight by loud guests in the hallway outside our room. This unnerved our companion dog who started barking. The breakfast offered in the lobby was very good. Overall, we would stay again (this was our second stay due to location and pet friendly) and can recommend."

"Less than 20 minutes drive from GNV Airport, call the front desk one day in advance to make an appointment for free pick-up service. And to make an appointment in advance, the hotel can also send to UF, which is very convenient for people who visit Gainesville for the first time. In addition, there are 13 buses at the door to UF. The lobby is spacious, the front desk is nice, there is free ice water and coffee. There are also computers and printers that can be used for free. There is a pool outside. The room is spacious enough, with a couch, small refrigerator, small vault and iron. The mattress is soft and the sheets are comfortable. There are small bottles of shampoo conditioner and soap, and the whole is clean. You need to bring your own slippers and dental appliances. The hotel goes out and turns left and walks 6-7 minutes across the road. There is a delicious Korean food Seoul POCHA. Go out and turn right and walk 3-4 minutes across the road. There is a Mexican food and a small supermarket. Walk straight along the road for 10 minutes and there is a drugstore. The accommodation experience is comfortable and can be recommended."

"My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how clean the room and bathroom was in fact, the entire facility inside was comfortable looking. we like the composite floors that were in the bedroom and bathroom and how modern things were. Even the TV had many channels which were acceptable viewing for that evening. We have stayed at Fairfield Inn in the past because of the quality standard and cleanliness of their facilities but I feel this was right up there with their operation. Even the complementary breakfast food quality was a pleasant surprise. Keep it up my wife and I feel we have a new choice of hotel to stay at."

"Hyatt always guarantees quality, clean, service - no surprises. Staff is very attentive. We asked for extra towels on our second day and they were brought to the room within 15 minutes. There was no cleaning offered automatically on the second night of the stay, but it was not necessary for us. You are allowed to requested it if you wish. Street on the north of hotel is undergoing repairs, limiting some restaurant access."
