每次出差都住這裏，地理位置也極好，出行交通也很便利，門口不遠處就有公交站，睡覺安靜，房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生。

一分錢一分貨，特價房是在另一個小區，房間就8平米左右，走到福州南站要20分鐘左右，真實客觀評價

周杰倫演唱會提早很久訂的房間結果當天去入住老闆私自換房訂的房間是45平米給的房間衹有15平米左右裏面衹有一張一米五的床説沒房間了能接受就住不接受就退掉當天福州酒店根本定不到房並且價格貴的離譜最終無奈接受懷疑是私自高價售賣給其他人了這個操作真的很噁心房間的環境也很臟亂差衞生間更是離譜沒有熱水房間一股黴味

環境衞生地址價格都超級好！！樓下就是一個大商場 晚上還有很多路邊攤燒烤什麼的，離地鐵站也非常近 而且阿姨人超級無敵好！！！很熱情！！有什麼問題、要求阿姨都完美解決～還騎車接我們到房間 唯一美中不足的就是隔音不太好 凌晨的時候有人的話就很吵 不過這個價格真的性價比超高 預算足的家人可以訂一個單獨的房間

房間的床沒有1.65長，我訂的是兩個小孩一個大人，給的是單人的那種1.5左右不到的床，還好我就帶了一個孩子過去。不然三個人怎麼睡啊房間裏還沒有梳子，沒有水，哎！

我幫我男朋友訂的房間，我真的很生氣，這什麼意思？我訂的房間跟圖片根本不一樣，居然是這種隔間？上面還鏤空，所有插頭都鬆到一個不行....我氣哭了，我真的委屈他住這裡了，自己看吧，商家還以為朋友住進去，請問是賣了兩間一樣的房，只好把這離譜的給我男朋友是嗎？
