The flat is well equipped in a nice building on the 8th floor. It’s very convenient to the South Railway Station in Fuzhou. I was able to sleep-in and still have plenty of time to catch my 11:30am train. Staff helped me find the place via WeChat. Near a nice mall with all the essentials, including Starbucks. Also had washing machine with detergent provided which was an extra plus!

Location wise is good, just opposite Fuzhou south railway station. We need to carry luggage up a few stairs to our room, might not be suitable if with lots of luggage. Self check in, owner is friendly and give prompt reply. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. We use the freezer for fishballs and yampaste but need to wipe up the freezer a bit. At night the room might not be so soundproof

半個月跑了兩趟福州南站，完全不同的印象，第一次是白天，詫異於它的偏僻，偌大一個高鐵站，圍一圈跑斷腿，除了進站，沒座位、沒商家，第一次見這樣的火車站。第二次是晚上，驚喜於站前排檔的煙火氣，即便晚十點了，各色小吃，旁邊陽光天地步行街裏的商鋪也都開着，與白天形成了巨大的反差。言歸正傳，此次入住的民宿就在陽光天地的公寓樓裏，晚到或早起趕車都很方便，衹是要注意預留好步行進站的時間，南站實在是太大啦。房間裏設施如圖，面積不大，但一應俱全，佈置的也挺温馨的，床很舒服，雖然沒睡幾個小時，又做了半天的火車，但感覺一天精神飽滿。下次路過，熟門熟路，可以再次入住。

第一次來福建玩，坐了很久的高鐵直接入住。房間環境特別好，也很乾凈。衞生間還有一次性的浴巾和毛巾，房東小姐姐服務態度也很好，自助入住位置也很好找。下面就是商場吃的喝的都很多。這次出來玩特別開心，很喜歡福州這個地方。下次有機會還會再來的，退房時不小心把枕套染上色了房東小姐姐也不收清洗費，本來體驗感就很好了，現在更是➕➕➕。福州這個地方的路人，司機師傅也都非常的熱情，很好的城市
