酒店離東街口地鐵站比較近，去一些老字號的飯店也不遠，酒店水準一直在線。總的來説還是一次很滿意的住店經歷的。

設施：設施十分齊全，有健身房，洗衣房洗烘都有，一步到位！
衞生：很乾凈，住華住會旗下的就是很放心很舒服，這家全季入住體驗很舒服，很愜意！
環境：地理環境很好，如圖所示，靠近達明美食街，三坊七巷！距離福道和煙台山公園，也不遠滴滴或者出租也很方便！
服務：前台的小哥哥和小姐姐，都好熱情，對待工作也很積極上進，及時幫我們解決了一些小問題（送點水，送點棉簽這類的小事情）
