The first room had a clogged toilet before I even used it. I contacted customer service to send someone to unclog the toilet but failed. They changed my room. But... for this price, I really don't like the environment... I think it's too mismatched... The bath towels were torn. There was no water in the faucet in the toilet. The faucet outside was very dirty. There was hair or something hanging on it. I didn't want to touch it at all... It looked new from the outside, but it was so shabby inside. Oh my god, it's a loft design. The air-conditioning vent is on top, and the control panel is on the first floor. It was so hot in the middle of the night that I couldn't breathe, and I had to adjust it on the first floor.
