性價比超高～
房東人很nice，回覆快也很客氣!五星級房東。這個房東真能處，有事馬上解決goodgoodgood🏻
1.位置很不錯，寧化地鐵c口出去走500m差不多，也靠近西洋b口。出門就是上海新苑公交站
2.周圍環境也很好，高樓層安靜不吵。
3.衞生還可以，傢俱、床具、洗浴用品都很全而且沒有任何異感，躺床上就是很舒服。
4.有一點點不足就是客廳廚房通風有點不好，客廳窗户外面是空調外機，有時候會傳來異味和油煙味比較重，要長時間開着空調。
5.設施的話有一些會因舊故障，但是無傷大雅這個價位很值得了的!
PS.可以投屏電視機一邊吃冰飯一邊看電影好舒服

挺晚才到，房東等到很晚還秒回我。房間很乾凈很寬敞，而且陽台晾衣服也很方便，房東特別耐心，下次來一定會優先選這家！
