首先呢，我先認可一下酒店的優點服務，GRO有個漂亮的小姑娘很熱情。酒店整體服務算及時，態度很好。
客房送餐 菜品分量，品質很好，特別是空心菜！很嫩很喜歡。滷麪也很棒！
環境：車道入口標識不明顯，指引缺失，丟了路標。從地庫無法找到人行指引，告訴我有電梯，很難尋找，車庫出口遇到兩個員工告訴我直接走車道走兩步到大堂（後續離開，在前廳員工幫助下找到了到地庫的電梯）
設施：其次膠囊咖啡機使用時漏水！
服務：查房反饋速度慢，寄遺留物品時間有延遲，確實答應當日寄出，但是未寄出。

酒店整體環境很不錯 環境優美 安靜整潔舒適 房間還行 整潔乾淨 可能是新開的 異味還是比較大的 房間裏放個空氣凈化器就好了 交通不是很便利 適合自駕 周邊也沒啥大的商場吃飯購物的地方 服務還行 早餐就呵呵了 就三星的標準 這個價也沒啥可挑剔的了
