房東熱情，及時回覆，房間性價比超高，商場就在隔壁很近，吃飯的地方也很多，附近交通便利，公交，地鐵應有盡有，正對面就是福州南站，來福州這邊可以説是值得住的地方，方便快捷！

這是第三次入住，體驗依然非常滿意，酒店整體環境乾淨整潔，房間打掃得一塵不染，床品和浴室都非常衞生，讓人住得安心舒適。
房間內的設施也很齊全且維護良好，從空調到熱水器都運作正常，Wi-Fi信號穩定，電視和插座佈局合理，細節方面也很貼心。
老闆十分熱情周到，不僅主動介紹周邊環境，還幫忙推薦了幾家當地的美食餐廳，感覺像是住在朋友家一樣温暖。
酒店地理位置也很方便，周圍餐館林立，步行幾分鐘就能找到各式各樣的美食，無論是本地小吃還是特色餐廳都應有盡有，吃貨們一定會喜歡！

A room really nice we change once for extend our stay. The service are really perfect and the place is really convenient. The man who take care of us are really available for us anytime. It was a really pleasure to stay there
