酒店的位置很好，周邊就是福街夜市，上下杭。酒店應該是新開的，房間衞生乾淨，淋浴水壓很足，性價比也很高。002，006 前台辦理入住很快，馬上就能核實到攜程訂單，免押退房也很快，放卡就可以走。

酒店性價比非常高，地理位置絕佳，從火車站坐地鐵過來半小時，非常方便，旁邊店鋪林立繁華。吃飯購物都方便。旁邊就是上下杭，過橋就是煙台山，兩站地鐵就是三坊七巷太方便了。房間乾淨整潔。酒店服務也非常好前台的服務員非常温柔，細緻周到，特別是002和003有任何問題第一時間解決，服務很到位。會給朋友推薦。

寫的是2024年新開業，結果一去位置就在16年開業的榕誠時光酒店，是同一家！連枕頭上標識都是榕誠時光酒店
裝修和設施老舊，許多地方發黃，和圖片完全不符！
房間熱水放了很久才有點變温 加熱特別慢
空調要設22度才能有冷感 製冷超慢
各種老舊設施 完全不值這個價格！

和網上圖片差別不是一點點，顯示24年開業的，實際很舊。一晚上260幾的房價，停車費68，早餐就是肯德基帕尼尼。要不是帶着狗，真不想住這裏。房間裏還有前一個客人的臭襪子被我家狗咬出來，衞生真的堪憂。除去這些帶我們看房的阿姨挺好的。

這個酒店的設施都新，廁所衞生的馬桶洗手枱也很乾凈，我定的是小房間，所以衹有走廊的窗户，但不知道為什麼味道很清新好聞，酒店地理位置也很好，離煙台山上下杭青年會中洲島都很近，建議旅遊的遊客可以住在這裏，而且價格很實惠跟其他比的話，最後感謝003號小姐姐的熱情款待。
