老闆服務態度挺好的，見到顧客的時候很熱情。之前看評論會有説環境衞生差，但實際入住體驗感覺衞生做的還是挺不錯的。很多一次性的清潔用品，沙發，床鋪也是乾淨整潔，根據實際情況好評評分應該更高才是。

1、這家民宿就在福州南站對面，出站走幾步就到，對趕高鐵的我來説超級友好了。
2、這次入住體驗感拉滿。房間佈置温馨，床很舒服，晚上睡得特別香，房間乾淨整潔，設施也很齊全，住得超安心。老闆人也超熱情。
3、來福州入住這家福州南站的民宿，真的太滿意啦！位置絕佳，交通便利。房間不僅乾淨，還佈置得很有格調，住着超愜意，推薦！
