"Ideal location with mountain view when taking rooms to the sea side. Rooms garden side is not the north side sun. Rooms have refrigerator, dining press machine (capsules can be purchased on site 2 pins are inside), cups and glasses in the room. Spacener very comfortable one can go out, rest with sea view. Handtuchs on site, bathroom is available for 5 Euro at the reception. Breakfast very good"

Hotel San Marco

"This hotel is in a beautiful little resort a few kilometres from Fussen and the castles. The hotel overlooks a beautiful lake and although busy in the daytime, quiet at night. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had one of the biggest baths I've ever used. We paid extra for a lake view. We could see the lake but only from a side view. We ate in the Italian restaurant downstairs. Which did very nice food. The restaurant staff are also the ones who check you in. They are friendly and helpful. My only criticism was we were not told we were going to be charged to park in the garage. It was difficult to park it has about 8 tiny spaces, we didn't bump our car, but I expect many do trying to park here. If we had been told we were paying to use this garage, even though it was only a few euros, we would of chosen to park elsewhere in town. I would recommend this lovely hotel though, good value, in a beautiful location next to the lake. "

Landgasthof Hanselewirt

"we are business travellers and during Sunday in Europe, so we choose to visit the Neuschwanstien and this hotel is just few kilometers nearby. The room is easy to check-in, clean and quiet. There's many restaurants around so there's no problems for eating"

"The hotel is just on the lake. We had room 36, so at the 3rd floor with a beautiful terrace. Breakfast included and dogs allowed with an additional €15 per night. nice staff, clean and comfortable hotel. Full relax before you return to Italy. "

Hotel Helmer

"We were staying in Hohenschwangua close to both castles and was told that Schwangau had plenty of restaurants. All looked pretty full so we decided to park the car and walk around the main street to find a restaurant, most places need reservations or were full, one place recommended Helmer Hotel & Restaurant which was just one street off the main road. We were lucky enough they had room. Service was good and the meal was ok. I went for the croquette and schnitzel but found I could taste the oil in both. There was a self serve salad bar which was very good. The location was ideal and the restaurant was nice and cozy. I believe there was a wedding or event going on in one of their banquet rooms. "

"Great accommodation in super location. Modernly equipped apartments, we were there as a family and would like to come back. Host very nice and premature, simple check in. Parking directly at the accommodation."

"This hotel is is terrible, they know nothing about customer service and try to charge their clients extra where possible. I was told I could pay at the property and booked the property for this reason. They then tried to charge my debit card several times and then cancelled my booking. Whilst at the same time sent me messages saying they look forward to welcome me. I had to find alternative"

"Great family-led house, dear and open reception, detailed explanations. We immediately felt well. Very spacious room, bathroom something small, but very ordinary and clean. Beautiful garden, beautiful balcony. You feel like mothers. A different delicious rugby with coffee or tea well-known free in the afternoon. Equally free parking at the house. Located relatively centrally, you are with car, bus, bike quickly at the desired attractions. Bicycle garage available. It is thought of everything. Here you are thankful to all involved. Also the ladies of the room making are super nice and motivated. Always happy. !!!"
