Facilities: While the facilities are a bit dated, you can still tell they were originally fitted out to a high standard, maintaining a certain level of quality. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. Location: The location is excellent, very close to all the attractions and dining/shopping spots within the resort, so there's no need to rent a car. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was very good. Toiletries were replenished promptly, and the unlimited supply of bottled Changbaishan spring water was genuinely delicious. Overall Experience & Value: This hotel is one of the more affordable options within the Wanda Resort. I was a bit hesitant when booking, but it truly exceeded my expectations. The biggest highlight is the hotel's private hot spring. It's incredibly convenient to enjoy, and I learned that all other hotels in the resort used to send their guests here for hot spring access. Seeing other guests lugging their bags to the hot springs while I could simply stroll downstairs in my bathrobe gave me a real sense of privilege.

The room was spacious and featured an excellent, quiet layout with two bedrooms and a living room, making for a very comfortable stay, perfect for a family vacation. The service was outstanding; the front desk attendant was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful. The hot spring was spotless, with fresh, natural spring water changed daily. They even offered a complimentary breakfast for our child. The service truly went above and beyond. The hotel's location was also fantastic, making it convenient for dining, accommodation, and getting around. We were highly satisfied with our stay.

The 1.35 twin room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was quite generous, and the hot springs were excellent. Guests could come and go freely, which was very convenient. The guest perks were also great. Its location right at the resort entrance was incredibly convenient.

We came specifically for Tianchi Lake. The suite we stayed in was perfect for families with children. The stay included perks like hot springs, a cable car ride, a lake cruise, and a slide. You get one use of these perks for each night you stay, which offers significantly better value than other hotels, where these perks are usually limited to just one use throughout your entire stay.

As standard rooms were unavailable, we received a complimentary upgrade to a family suite. The stay was incredibly comfortable. It's very close to the food street, and coming back to soak in the hot spring after a long day of exploring was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Absolutely fantastic!

Great location! Wanda Town is situated right on the lakeside. The rooms are spotless, and each features a private hot spring bath. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of options. Just a short walk away, the lake provides numerous family-friendly activities, and with flowers blooming along its banks, the scenery is truly beautiful!

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It was very quiet at night. There was no need for air conditioning; simply opening the window made the room wonderfully cool. Just imagine Beijing at 39°C in July, while here it was a delightful 24°C during the day and 16°C at night – truly refreshing! The hotel's surroundings offer beautiful scenery. Hot springs are easily accessible, just downstairs, and there are many outdoor pools. The complimentary sightseeing cable car tickets offered by the hotel were truly excellent value. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Xiaolin from the front desk. She was incredibly enthusiastic, recommending places to visit and local touring routes. We drove all the way from Beijing, and found the hotel's location made it very convenient to explore the area. She even saw us off when we checked out. This hot spring hotel is definitely worth recommending.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had unlimited access to the hot springs. The hotel also thoughtfully provided complimentary afternoon tea, a boat ride, and a scenic cable car ride, and even included steam eye masks and cooling patches as a kind gesture. A special shout-out to the gentleman at the front desk; he was incredibly helpful and efficiently resolved any questions or issues we had! Overall, our stay at this hotel was extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was very clean. Traveling solo with my child, I stayed for three consecutive nights. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful; her service was incredibly thoughtful. She responded promptly and efficiently to all my requests! The hotel included hot spring tickets, which allowed us to enjoy the hot springs every day. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday!

Service: The front desk staff were very helpful, promptly resolving any issues and responding quickly to messages. The housekeeping team also provided excellent service; when we encountered a minor problem with our room's amenities during our stay, they promptly came to our room and quickly found a solution. Facilities: The facilities felt a bit dated. The ceiling light flickered, and the TV couldn't connect to the internet. There were also quite a few flying insects. However, the hot springs are incredibly convenient. The Hallasan Hot Springs are located on the 1st and 2nd floors, with guest rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors, so you can simply head downstairs for a relaxing soak. The hot springs open at 1 PM and close at 10 PM. It was perfect for unwinding and easing fatigue after climbing down over 1400 steps from Changbai Mountain's West Slope.

This was a wonderful experience. The friendly phone call from the staff member even before our arrival set the tone for a fantastic trip. We enjoyed excellent service, a lovely environment, and stunning views!
