Facility is abit old and suffer a cut while using their bathroom tub edge with hardened silicon seal. Informed counter and manager was there to provide a remedy to the issue by providing simple 1st aid. Manager suggested to change room the next day if it is available but no reply after that. Couldn’t enjoy the facilities that come with the room but was charge premium. Breakfast was decent.

Room is adequate and clean. Free airport transfer is a plus. Has free entrance to hot spring which is located at the lobby.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in the North-Eastern part of China. Room is spacious, comes with 2 bathrooms. Suitable for families. Service is excellent, breakfast spread is generous. Surrounded by international cuisines and just a few minutes walk to the ski slopes. Love that the room came with hot spring bathtub!

most affordable option within the entire ski resort, located at the end of the resort but the resort isn't very big so walking a few mins more is perfectly fine. Very nice and comfortable, ski passes for each night of stay, access to the hotel's own hot spring (i believe it is the only hotel in the resort with this), buffet breakfasts, and free airport pick-up/drop-offs make this hotel a very good value stay!

Super luxurious room, the front desk helped us upgrade the room for free, it has its own private bath, and there is a door leading to the open-air bath, which is super convenient. The only drawback is that there is no laundry room, and skiing requires facial recognition without a ski card. My family doesn't ski, so I can't use their ski card benefits.

I would like to call it the king of cost-effectiveness in Wanda Resort for family travel. A family suite for four adults for 3 days and 2 nights for less than 4k, including 4-person hot springs and 2-person skiing privileges per night, is really suitable for us young people to bring our parents out to play! There are many projects in the village. After playing, parents go back to the hotel to soak in the hot springs, and we can also ski to our heart's content. There is no delay on both sides. The ski resort is also very close, and it is very easy to rent snow suits and deliver them directly to the hotel. The hotel has been built for a long time, and some places may be a little old. For example, the windows are a little leaky, but these are minor problems if the temperature is turned up high. In short, it is recommended, and my parents like it too, and they said they can come again next time!

You can rent snow suits when you check in. It's very convenient to change in the room. There are many outdoor hot spring pools. The water temperature is mostly above 40 degrees. Hotel guests have a separate changing area compared to hot spring individual guests. It's much better than Tianmu Days Hot Spring. The breakfast is very rich. Thumbs up. The biggest negative comment is the room temperature. The heating is not turned on and the air conditioning can't lower the cold wind. I don't know how it can be so hot. I couldn't breathe all night and finally opened the window to let the cold wind of minus 20 to 30 degrees in to breathe.

The room fee includes a ski ticket, the price is very reasonable, there are many restaurants in the resort, and the overall feeling is very good!
