Very small room, pro is the convenient location. We were given a room on the ground floor, walls are quite thin and so we can hear the kitchen which is just next to our room. Floor feel a bit sticky too. David fr the front desk was very good and friendly. Not much breakfast selection

Very small room, very bad view from the window. And they don’t have a normal ordinary iron.

Absolutely fabtastic staff, very friendly and conversant. Location is good for a little repreve from the craziness of the other side of the canal, and cheap spritz sitting on the steps facing the train station on the other side if the water was a oerfect end to an evening.

Location was convenient - near the train station. Responsive prior to check-in - answered all our questions. Breakfast buffet for 10 euros was quite worth. Room was nice and clean.

Good location, close to bus terminal. Quaint hotel but don't expect fanciful facilities and supplies. Overall good for solo travellers.

- Room: The room is not big, but it is average in Venice. The decoration is old, but it is functional. The bed sheets feel old, which many people can't stand; there is no kettle or cup in the room, and they may just want to let guests drink the paid drinks in the refrigerator. - Service: There is basically no service, and they are basically indifferent. There is a man at the front desk who is a little brown, wears glasses, has a dark flat head, and is a little short. He is very arrogant and has a tendency to discriminate against people. - Location: The only advantage may be the location, which is close to the train station and bus station, and it is closer to walk; but it is far from Piazza San Marco, and it takes nearly half an hour to walk. - Summary: If you have a budget, try other options.

The hotel location requires walking through a small alley, but it is very close to the train station, which is very convenient and fast for dragging suitcases. The toilet is very small, the shower room is very narrow and not very clean, the shower head needs to be replaced, and the hair dryer in the toilet is broken. I found it after washing my hair in the middle of the night. Fortunately, there is a 24-hour front desk. It is recommended to repair it in time or put an extra one in the room as a backup. The booking page shows that laundry service is provided, but it is not.

Hotel with a great location .5 minutes from the train station and Place de Rome (arrival and departure for the airport which we booked on GetYourGuide €18 round trip) “The service people are pleasant and speak French at reception. They even gave us a map explaining the places to visit. The buffet breakfast is ok, with croissants, bread, cereals, jams, Nutella, cheese, cold meats (turkey and pork), eggs, bacon, cucumber, tomatoes, juice fruit, coffee and milk. The hotel, which retains its charm, is clean, but it is absolutely necessary to review the bedding which is very uncomfortable and squeaky. For a couple looking to have romantic moments, this is not ideal at all. We had to put the mattresses directly on the floor, but still enjoyed our weekend.”

When I got to the hotel, I made a reservation at another hotel under their umbrella. The waiter took me there, which was 2 streets away... The important thing is, there is no hot water for showering! ! I obviously had "Do Not Disturb" on, but the cleaning sister used the key to open the door early in the morning. It was really scary...  

The location of the accommodation is convenient. The room has a sense of age. Those who like old-style buildings will love it.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel had all the amenities. It was excellent!

It was very close to the station, so it was very easy to get to. It was beautiful and the people at the hotel were all good people. Satisfied.
