We were staying with group of friends. And everybody were impressed — beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms, hot water (sometimes it can be a problem in Madeira, but not here). Also veryyyy tasty breakfast — a lot of different fresh food, good coffee. And atmosphere in general very friendly and calm. Also they have swimming pool and terrace on the roof, even in cold weather it’s really nice just to look at the city and the sea from the top. Thanks, we will be happy to come back :))

The hotel was in the heart of the city, great location and close to main attractions. Easy to get to from the airport using n9 bus for €6. The room was cleaned daily and towels were also changed daily. The staff were friendly and happy to help when needed. For a 3star hotel, this hotel has great value for money due to its location, and service. The breakfast was decent and the pool had a great view. The room had a balcony with a beautiful view.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Funchal. Easy access to anywhere in the city. Some road construction near by that limits taxi pick up access, but hotel room is very comfortable, pool is lovely with great view and wonderfully helpful and friendly staff!

The room is very old, the facilities are quite simple, and the soundproofing is very poor, which is not as good as domestic express hotels. The front desk service is OK, and the location is OK, but it's almost the same no matter where you stay in the small city of Funchal.

We received a very warm welcome at this hotel. The reception and service staff were attentive. The hotel is very well located. The rooms, and especially the bathrooms, could do with a bit of updating. The breakfast is very good.

Very central, you can reserve parking on an esplanade 1' away for €10 per day. There are two supermarkets less than 5' away. It's old, but the staff is friendly. Varied breakfast. They should install air conditioning. The best is the pool on the 5th floor with views 🤩.

Very clean hotel, perfect buffet, as soon as we arrived they served us a glass of wine, they were super friendly and if you smoke there is also a lovely terrace to sit and get some fresh air. Highly recommended, we loved it!!

The location is great. But just in advance to provide a room with an ocean view, however, they gave a view of the courtyard. Breakfast is normal. At check-in, they did not give a complimentary glass of wine, as they gave to all guests. Even though I arrived late, I expected a glass - this is a sign of attention to the guest. The pool has a gorgeous view of the Grand Marina. Also, there was not even a bottle of drinking water in the room, this is also a mess.
