The tub in the room had a drainage problem, with water flowing all over the bathroom, nearly causing me to fall several times. 😓 I used the public restroom once, and when I flushed, the water gushed outward, landing directly on my legs. I won't post photos; it was disgusting. Pros: There are plenty of pools, which are relatively clean, not crowded, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly. In summary: While the other amenities are fine, the shortcomings combined make for a poor experience and a risk of injury. I hope the hotel will improve."
