Front staff is nice but cleaning staff was careless and would not clean the room despite the cleaning sign was put on the door at 11 am as per hotel guideline. The room is a little old. The location is closed to subway station but quite far from the Main Street.

Hotel was clean and comfy, but do note that there's only 1 laundry machine (there are laundromats nearby though). Bed material was like memory foam - a little soft. Nearby parking spots varied drastically in prices so take your time to find a reasonably priced one. A nice walk to Canal city and Tenjin; donki was a short walk away.

Location was good, just 8 minutes walk to subway. The night scenery at the river side was so nice. Many good restaurants were nearby. Staff were polite and helpful. Yet, the room size was too small for us. It was suitable for budget travelers.

Staff is okay, not super friendly type. Relatively small hotel room even if I have chosen the biggest room already. Amenities need to be picked up at front desk.

The building next door was digging the foundation, and I couldn't tell whether it was the earthquake or the shaking caused by the digging. The hygiene was average, and the most unacceptable thing was that there were no disposable slippers. I went to their front desk the next day to get them.

The location is convenient, 5 minutes' walk from the subway, and there is enough space for 2 suitcases. It's a pity that the hotel does not have its own parking lot, but there are enough parking lots nearby for parking.

Good location. The room is clean and handsome. I usually stay in 5, 6 hundred dollars in 4-star chain hotels when I go to Japan. It looks like it's about 15 to 19 square meters. The first time I went to Fukuoka to see him no cheap hotel. About 750 mosquitoes and 18 square meters. The only bad thing is that he does not clean the room for some reason.

It was very clean. I was happy to have a separate bathroom, toilet, Refa shower and hair dryer.

When checking in, I found the desk staff not afraid to explain the various check-in instructions to me in detail in English, which I found great. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Tenjin shopping district, and about 5-10 minutes to the nearest bus stop or subway station. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the breakfast dishes were the same for the three days I stayed.

The room was very clean. I had thought it might be a little small when I saw the photos beforehand, but it was a very spacious room.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the subway station, and the hygiene level is very good. I will consider staying here again.
