I think the good servicesit was the staffbof the front desk..he is so kind and nice.He is caring and you can walk to the onsen .it is so nice and you can see the tower which it was free .i like the sussifood beside the restaurant you can.walk.to bayside..you also.ca take a boat which was half hour.

The room is clean and big but it is not near the train station, and if u wish to cook it need to pay extra fee to loan

It was a great hotel. Friendly staf who really tried to speak english. It was a little walk from the Subway, but easy too find. Breakfast was really really good!

Decent deal, price was reasonable and everything was alright about the room.

We had reserved parking prior to our arrival, though it’s not hard to find other hourly-charge parking next to the building, and it’s much cheaper compare to park inside of the building. The location is not very friendly to travelers who with public transportation, but that made the hotel much affordable compares to other hotels near tenjin or Hakata station. The room is nice enough.

not at all helpful. no effort to help me activate my simcard in an app written in Japanese. No information on breakfast times and I arrived too late. I couldn't even get a coffee.

Asking for cleaning but they may be forgot, Location a bit far from shopping area but you can walk, Services is fine, Amenities you take items by yourself at the reception, But water bottles is just a welcome drink.

Very satisfied with the hotel, it has full furnitures for us to use and I love the laundry machine best with drying function. I will choose it again if I go Japan again!

Big room with a nice facility. If the location is not a problem, it is almost one of the best hotels that cost you less.

If I go to Fukuoka, I'll just come here. The last time I visited, the room was spacious and the bathroom was spacious. There was a washing machine, a large refrigerator, and a separate space to put my luggage and clothes. I liked it so much, so I made another reservation. As expected, the room condition was so good and I was satisfied. I made a reservation for a single room, so I asked for a room on a higher floor, and they said I could change it for an additional fee, so I upgraded. Since it was the same floor as last time, the space felt familiar, so I stayed more comfortably. I was grateful that they were kind and explained things well with a translator. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Minatenjin. It's walkable. There's a Seven and Lawson right around. It's good for going out in the evening.
