Wonderful Stay with Great Comforts and Service I had a fantastic stay at Four Points Patong, Phuket. Check-in was smooth and efficient, making for a great first impression. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep every day. The hotel gym is well equipped, perfect for keeping up with workouts while traveling. The infinity pool was a real highlight – it offers a stunning view and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and the service at the restaurant was excellent throughout our stay. The only slight downside is that the hotel is a bit removed from the more lively, central area of Patong. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat that’s still within reach of the action, this is a great choice. Highly recommend for both couples and families!

Good things Breakfast was good. A lot of options for European travelers. Cheese, smoked salmon, cold cuts,bread Service ok. Stuff friendly as everywhere in Thailand. Cons I booked swimming pool access room. It was moldy. Smell bad.. I asked to change to another room. Smell was even worst. After rotating us few times they moved us to to the original room.Lost time and energy. You can not drink or eat things from outside on the swimming pool.. Stuff coming to check all the time Creatonh problems for coca cola even. I paid for the room.. Why you force me to order from your restaurant..

The hotel is geat. The staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are cozy but a bit small. The breakfast is sumptuous. The pools are excellent. One of the pools is facing the beach with excellent sea view. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location. Amazing breakfast buffet. So much selection and very delicious. Room was spotless clean and room service is very attentive. Will book again!

Overall it was a great experience beside the hotel was out of power on our last day. No AC and lights in room.

I paid for included meals and beverages and in my check in, they said that if I wanted the international breakfast I had to pay 400baths more, then only “selected beverages” was included in my package and they didn’t said which ones. They give you coupons to redeem for the food only one course per meal, and they tried to charge me 600bath for a dinner at their restaurant that I didn’t went from my deposit of 3000bath. That delay my check out (taxi was waiting for me to go to the airport) because it was charged to my room and I didn’t eat at the hotel in all my stay.

Relaxed beachfront stay with great service & pools. Great spot right across from Patong Beach—super convenient yet still peaceful. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. Perfect for families, friends or couples—definitely planning to return!

Nice pools, rooms , gym and other amenities

The hotel is great but not very near to the Junceylon Mall , need to book Bolt for 200 THB to go there. Very near to the Beach.

Had a nice time with family here during my birthday which the hotel prepare my room with decoration and provide complimentary chocolate brownies. Also big shout out to kids club team special mention to Miw and Thip for being so kind and welcoming to my 5 years old girl who enjoyed going to kids club almost everyday. Loved the breakfast as well. The only negative part is that there were so many Israelites which very sensitive to us Muslim.
