The receptionist was great and quickly sorted an issue with my booking The big problem is the noise in the room. All night, every 15m some machine started working and was so noisy that we can feel the vibrations. For sure others rooms feel it too but in my room 205 was really bad

Clean hotel. Friendly service. Good breakfast. Our dog wasn't allowed inside, which was a real shame. I couldn't find anything about this when booking.

It was a horrible night. I couldn't sleep. The motor or mechanism of the ceiling air conditioner was making an infernal noise. Yet, all the control knobs on the wall unit were in the off position!!!! I therefore request a refund for my night's sleep and the tourist tax. Sincerely, Yann MICHEL

It was far from downtown due to parking issues. There was no elevator..But they helped me move it.. The mart was just 5 minutes away, which was nice.

Me and my 2. brothers stayed there for 2 nigts night in Hotel As. Very lovely and friendly and helpful staff. Best regards to special Gordona and Maria so lovely and helpful persons Hauskeeping was excelent and location very good We wil be back again :) Many many thanks from the brothers from Iceland

Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately no lift. No kettle in room but tea, coffee available in lounge and very reasonably priced. Room decor was very dark, could be brighter. Bathroom was reasonable size. Worst thing was the very narrow beds. Comfortable but child size.

Nice and simple hotel located 5 minutes far from the very center of the city,by car. Staff was very nice and ready to help. The room was clean and equipped with a minibar and hairdryer. Delicious breakfast,would have been nice to have espresso from the bar,included in the price. The hotel offers a transfer to the airport. There is no elevator,even though the buildings has got only 2 floors.
