"Really perfect location, even if you don't go to Ben Nevis there looks to be so much to do and explore around here in terms of walking/biiking/running trails and the ski lift which takes people up to the Nevis range. All of the front desk staff we spoke to were very friendly and pleasant but there wasnt much we needed help with. I think the room and the hotel itself could do with having some more facilities/amenities due to the premium price we had to pay but apart from that everything that is there was satisfactory but bare minimum. The cafe breakfast food was nice but the staff there were a little cold, that was the only real down point. Overall it was a pleasant stay, it was easy to get here by taxi and easy to get to the Ben Nevis visitor centre by taxi but make sure you book ahead and go early."

It is made to order and is more delicious than the main meal. You must order breakfast. The waiter is very good. He makes tea, coffee and juice for you. He is very diligent. "I go to this hotel for hiking in Ben Nevis. This hotel is not far away, just 15 mins car drive. The hotel is clean and the bathroom with good supply with hot water. View from the window is beautiful. For the price which have 2 tasty dinners and buffet breakfast is good deal. Also, live band at night is also enjoyable. I recommend this hotel to everyone."

"When I got to the hotel, I was asked to pay a little bit more than what was advised by trip.com, but every penny was worth it! Location is great, staff are very friendly and welcoming, the room was absolutely fantastic, and the full Scottish breakfast was generous and tasty. The only disappointment was I couldn't get a bath because the bathtub obturating plug didn't work properly. However, the overall experience was good. Thank you!"
