Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club ★★★
"I stayed at the Ben Nevis Hotel and Leisure Club in Fort William and left disappointed, mostly because of the gap between the price and what you actually get. The place feels terribly dated and is crying out for a renovation. The rooms are gloomy and the facilities across the board are old and in poor condition. Walls are thin and badly insulated, so you hear far more than you’d like. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the carpets, both in the rooms and the hallways, were dirty. Breakfast was average for what I’ve found in Scotland, so no real complaints there, though it’s nothing to write home about either. The real kicker: €230 a night. At that price I expected far better, and the value simply isn’t there. For anywhere near this rate in the area you can do considerably better. Hard to recommend unless it drops its rates significantly and invests in a much-needed overhaul."
Premier Inn Fort William ★★★
"Good location, cozy hotel. Hotel room well maintained and clean."
The Caledonian Hotel ★★★
"Booked family room. We got a room on 2nd floor facing the hill. Good for family take one night break. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant."
MacLean Guest House ★★★★
"We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The amenities were good, although there is still some room for improvement. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again."
The Base Camp Hotel, Nevis Range ★★★

Muthu Fort William Hotel
"Although small, it has everything. The whole hotel is decorated in a British style, with a very antique style. The hotel staff is warm and welcoming, patiently explaining your questions. The hotel buffet has a rich variety of dishes."
Onich Hotel & Lochside Beach Pods
"The external environment is very good, but the decoration of the hotel rooms is average, which is about the level of domestic hotels. The breakfast is simple. This price is the same as that near Fort William."
Loch Leven Hotel & Distillery
"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Fort William houses are difficult to book in August. The house I saw online said it was a superior cabin. I really didn't understand the point of the room. When I went there, I realized that it looked like a high-end prefabricated house. About twelve square meters. It’s not like Fifteen square meters as described by Ctrip. As soon as I entered the house, it smelled like sweat. The house was very cold because it was on an open field. There is a heating system, but it heats up very slowly. I heated it until eleven o'clock and it was only twenty degrees. The bathroom was about one level and I couldn't take a shower in it. I slept all night with my clothes on. The key point is that a house like this costs more than 2,200 a night at this time. We booked two rooms for two nights. After sleeping all night, I decided not to stay any longer. The boss doesn't check out. Ctrip thought I was a high-quality customer and refunded 500 yuan to me. I just think it's a big hole. Breakfast in the morning is a la carte with a small amount of buffet. Not tasty. It feels like you made your own sausage. Unpalatable."
Nevis View
"B&B after Fort William in the town of Corpach. There are two rooms and they are part of the house where the hosts live, kind without being too affable. The bathroom is shared with the other room and it is very clean as is the room. The room was narrow, there were 3 of us with our luggage and we couldn't move even if there were two of us the cost would have been too low. The quality-cost ratio was average. They offer a good Scottish breakfast in the price."
The Ballachulish Hotel
"Great view hotel. No lift."
The Imperial Hotel
"Great view and location, within walking distance to places. The place looked old but quite clean. However, we got holes in our face towel. The shower was confusing to use. The water pressure was low and wasn't hot enough."
Creag Mhor Lodge
"The room was very clean. I was a little nervous beforehand because there were no Chinese reviews available, but the receptionist was very friendly, and I even chatted with her daughter who works in Shenzhen for a while. Overall, it was a very good experience. Breakfast is a mix of à la carte and buffet style. I recommend choosing a superior room; the view is fantastic. The shower water pressure was a bit slow, but it was acceptable to me."
Glentower Lower Observatory
"Beautiful house, lovely location. Everything you could ask for in a bed and breakfast. Immaculately clean, quality fixtures and fittings. Excellent breakfast. Owners are professional, have excellent eye for detail and run a warm , inviting bed and breakfast."
Treetops B&B
"Stayed a couple of nights at Treetops in a spacious, cozy double room. Free parking and seamless check-in/check-out made it very simple. The included continental breakfast was nice, and tailored to our preferences. JJ and Jo were great hosts — friendly, helpful, and full of local tips for our trip. Highly recommended!"

"One of the best country house hotels in Europe i have stayed at inverlochy castle 4/5x its always sublime!"
