"Stayed at this hotel in June 2025. The staff were more interested in looking after wedding guests that were not actually staying at this hotel, service was not what you would expect from such a beautiful hotel. I asked the manager for afternoon tea with my wife we waited 30 minutes no tea? I went to find out what the delay was only to find the manager sat at a table on his phone, sorry I forgot. The tea was served within minutes. This was not the only time we were over looked. We decided to have a light lunch toasted sandwich, this was nothing short of disgusting ( see photo) the Chiefs should be ashamed of themselves, to disguise the burnt toasted sandwich the Chief’s turned the sandwich over. I made my feelings clear. The room we stayed in was okay, sadly the air conditioning failed and was not fixed for 24 hours. The beach is nice and quiet in the week gets busy at the weekend. Note there is a lot of steps going down and back up. I personally wouldn’t go back."

Villa Maria Teresa Boutique Hotel

"A wonderful 20th century villa, surrounded by beautiful gardens overlooking Formia beach. We stayed here for 4 nights and we would definitely recommend. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left our experience was excellent. The staff were courteous, helpful, professional and ready to help, our daughter and partner forgot their toothbrush and on request were supplied with one immediately. We chose a room with sea view which in the early morning and evening was amazing. Room was super clean, spacious, bed really comfortable and shower exceptional. Breakfast had something for everyone sweet and savoury. To top it all the beach was 2 minutes away, umbrella and deckchairs included and of course there is the swimming pool. Again we would like to thank all the staff in housekeeping, bar and breakfast for making our stay a great one."

"Very kind hotel and people, excellent welcome... The room is a bit retro and small but fresh and above all always clean. Regarding the restaurant, everything was good, the breakfast buffet was rich in both sweet and savory options... the waiters were very kind, the head waiter was always friendly, a little more attention was needed for pregnant women who unfortunately can't eat everything..... The beach was very close, the establishment had a mini bar, convenient with bathrooms and a shower always available... .. The mini club was perfect, the child became a child and often asked to go and play both on the beach and in the facility. There were several entertainers, but a younger couple didn't inspire confidence in us. They often got distracted by private life episodes (such as often being distracted by the phone, sitting on a deckchair with friends, or buying things from street vendors on the beach or being offered prosecco by friends). They didn't inspire confidence in us at all, and even though the child asked to go, my husband and I preferred not to send him, also because, seeing these episodes, many parents made the same choice as us... Don't send them... It's a quiet place where you can relax."

"We found this structure 300m from the sea. There are various solutions, only room and bathroom, with terrace or with corner cooking. We took that with the terrace. The parking, even with closed gate, is controlled by a nightguard. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. nice and available staff. We will return"
