"Our shower was extremely mouldy and the water would take forever to get slightly warm. My boyfriend got food poisoning from the lunch buffet and the pool had mould all around the edges. The location was good and the staff were very attentive and kind if you were at the beach. Parking was valet and very quick."

The breakfast is very complete and served on Sundays from 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM, excellent for those who need to eat very early or for those who want to sleep in. "Nice hotel in a very good location. It lacks maintenance and thorough hygiene. The common areas are very dirty, from the floors to the tables and chairs. The panoramic elevator, very nice, but very dirty, the windows are all stained and there is a nauseating smell. In the end we used the stairs to move around. The furniture in the room is old and worn out, the minibar is pitiful. Transparent blackout curtains. Towels are totally dirty. The staff uniforms leave a lot to be desired, they look in poor condition. The vast majority are Argentines with little sense of customer service, which is strange in Brazil, Brazilians are outstanding in terms of service. We also had the experience that the toilet was blocked and the cistern broken, which they quickly resolved. The descent to the beach should be fixed, it is very deteriorated. It is a shame that the hotel is so unworthy, because it is nice and in a very nice area."
