Do lado de fora você jamais pode acreditar na surpresa que irá encontrar neste lugar. Uma construção de 1300, mas muito bem conservada. Fomos atendido pelo Danielle, um cara super alto astral, simpático, prestativo e que nos apresentou toda a estrutura e nos deu dicas valiosas de turismo. Nosso quarto nem se fala, um sonho, antigo mas super moderno ao mesmo tempo. A cama é excepcional, todos os detalhes, o banheiro, as roupas de cama, as toalhas, tudo perfeito, tudo funciona 100%. O café da manhã é feito em um outro local também de propriedade da família do Danielle, muito próximo, 150 mts e é um café muito bem servido, suficiente para a caminhada pelas belezas de Firenze. Enfim, GRAZIE por tudo, obrigado por nos acolher tão bem e esperamos voltar em breve.

Dessus car nous pensions que c était un hôtel c est un bnb et le petit déjeuner n est pas sur place il fait aller dans l autre bnb se situant à 2 min pour le petit déjeuner qui n est pas terrible en qualité il y a ce qu il faut mais trop simple La réception est très bien avec explication en anglais Literie et chambre au calme et clim obligatoire Très bien situé dans le cœur de Florence

Encantador hotel sobre el Rio, con vista al Ponte Veccio. La habitación amplia y muy cómoda. Super limpia, el baño era una locura, con un gran jacussi y buenas duchas. Excelente desayuno al aire libre. Supero nuestras expectativas.

Lovely room and staff
Really great hotel and staff. We had to check in late because of train delays and the staff were so accommodating, despite the inconvenience to them, and made the whole process really straight-forward. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was lovely.

Beautiful hotel, location and service
We had a great stay as a family here for a short trip to Florence in the summer. Communication was great both before the trip, helping to guide us to the hotel and give recommendations for parking and travelling into Florence, and during our stay, getting us checked in and advice on lots of restaurants close by and places to go see. The room was beautiful and clean. Would definitely go back here.
