"Distant from Florence train station to hotel is far 40min. Bus service also not reliable. Hotel only provide half day service before 2pm. Guest in the hotel is loud at night. There no aircon working in the hotel due the outside weather 16c. We have to open window to get cold air in. Unfortunately it make the room noise unbearable because of the traffic car outside facing the window. Mosquito appear in the room at night. So please request for repellent."

"My husband and I stayed at the Frame hotel. It was quiet and clean and oh so close to everything we wanted to see in the city. The staff was all very helpful, made us feel welcome and all easily conversed with us although we speak almost no Italian. Would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend you stay here."

There was no hot water when I took a shower in the room. I sent an email to the landlord the next day. Until the last day, I checked out and left. He didn't reply to me. If it weren't for coming back to rest at noon, I just met the cleaning aunt and asked her to help me solve it.
