This historic hotel is located near tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is elegant. It was a truly pleasant experience. The room rate already included the city tax, so I'm not sure why the hotel charged it again. However, Ctrip customer service quickly made adjustments. I'm grateful to the Ctrip hotel manager.

Amazing hotel! Perfect location. The history of the hotel is so fun. The doorman will give you all the details. Gracious staff. Chef Tomasso was so lovely. The breakfast there is amazing! Extensive variety including real honeycomb and a chocolate fountain. We LOVED our suite. So many amenities. I really can't wait to go back! Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel! It's right by all the sites, but on a road that feels calmer than most of the heart of Florence. Breakfast spread was more than you could dream for (even chocolate and pistachio fountains available) and service is wonderful. Their team was happy to reserve at restaurants, give helpful advice, and they arranged massages at a nearby spa. This was our second stay and we already can't wait to return! Thank you for making our anniversary trip so special!

An excellent central location within walking distance of all major attractions, combined with stunning interior architecture and exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. Our Junior Suite was spacious, tastefully decorated, and featured a comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant. While not inexpensive, the experience was well worth it—it added an extra layer of enjoyment to our visit to this fabulous city.
