Cons: 1. Located on the 4th floor of an old building without an elevator with large high steps. 2. When you arrive, no one is waiting for you, you will ring the doorbell and phone for an eternity. 3 The staff doesn't speak English. 4. The toilet with bath is located across the corridor, and not in your room!!! BE CAREFUL! 5. Every time you need to open and close all doors ONLY with the KEY, both inside and outside!!! ABSOLUTELY All the doors in this hotel. Even the front door to the hotel itself. Bathroom and toilet too. 6. The owner will not make concessions to you and no one will change anything for you. 7. Tax per guest 5.50€ extra at the hotel. 8. Breakfast from 8 to 10 am croissants, yogurt and cereal

3階（日本で言う4階）に位置しているにも関わらずエレベーターがなく、スーツケースの持ち込みに苦労しました。
また、鍵の開け閉めも難しいし、wifiも部屋だと電波が遠くて使えなかったです。
エアコンの効きが悪かったり、タオルを交換してくれなかったりと不備は多々あります。
朝食は美味しかったです。

Местоположение просто отличное! Самый центр города!
Обратите внимание на время заселения: до 20.00!!!!
Мы попросились заселиться позднее, нам подтвердили, за что огромное спасибо! Но пришлось пройти квест))
Так что лучше выполнять правила и заселяться вовремя.
Номера в старинном доме, очень Атмосферно!
Завтрак: шведский стол, свежие хрустящие круасаны и кофе - сделали наше утро!
Рекомендую!

這家酒店早餐還算可以，對得上這個價格，地理位置也非常得好，離聖母百花大教堂走路幾分鐘的路程。同時附近交通也比較方便。唯一的缺點就是酒店在一棟建築打三樓，沒有電梯，而且三樓是那種非常高的，爬上去得氣喘吁吁。

Buena ubicación , Por lo demás normalito para el precio que tiene. La ducha un poco antigua y tiene poco caudal, incluso se inunda un poquito el plato de la ducha . En recepción nos atendieron muy bien a pesar q no entendiamos bien el idioma . En cuanto a instalaciones me esperaba más.
