Choosing this hotel was the best choice.The staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious.The hotel is easily accessible from the center of Florence, and there are supermarkets, laundromats, and delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was also plentiful and satisfying. Staying at this hotel made my trip to Florence more enjoyable.

Il Grillo was clean, quiet, and conveniently located on the tram line close the city centre and close to the airport. Lara, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful, cozy stay at Il Grillo di Firenze! The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close enough to reach the main sights easily. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the atmosphere felt so warm and homely. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Florence! 🌸

Lara was a fine host. Allowed early access and ensured we had a breakfast bag to go when we had to leave early. The room was clean and quiet. Note the bathroom is a little cramped.

I had the most wonderful stay at Bed & Breakfast Il Grillo Di Firenze. Lara and her husband were truly amazing hosts; warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with all the information I needed. The room was comfortable, clean and the mattress made for a great night’s sleep. Each morning I enjoyed breakfast, and Lara always prepared a perfect cappuccino. She was so kind and lovely to chat with, which made the experience feel even more special. I also appreciated the location, away from the overly touristy areas, yet still very convenient for exploring Florence. I can’t wait to return to Florence and stay here again.

The location is great being right off of the Tram line. The bed was comfortable (the most in all of the two weeks we stayed around Italy), the room had a private bath and it had a mini split for climate. Between the shutter and the thick doors the room is quite and very dark at night which is a great plus. Breakfast was incredible with cappuccinos and a variety of tasty items. Overall this was our favorite stay the whole trip!
