위치는 정말 좋습니다. 건물도 옛날 건물이 아니라 비교적 새로 지어져서 괜찮습니다.
근데… 정말 서비스가 실망이었습니다. 일단 프런트도 여기 없고 멀리 다른 건물에 있어서 체크인 하려면 두오모 쪽에 가야 하고요. 심지어 거기에 기숙사 사감처럼 한명만..
여름 후기에 에어컨 문제가 있었는데 겨울이라 가볍게 넘긴 게 문제였죠ㅋ 히터에서 찬 바람이 나올 줄이야.. 직원에게 말하니까 나중에 그냥 솜이불 하나 주더라고요? 덮을만은 했는데 히터를 고치거나 되는 방으로 옮겨주거나 이런 것도 아니라 참 실망이었습니다 (애초에 그럴거면 어떻게 쓰는지 직접 왜 알려줬는지)
가장 문제는 수건!! 유럽여행동안 단 한번도 수건 문제를 겪은 적이 없는데 여기서 이럴줄이야 수건을 쓰고 발매트 위에 모아놨는데 바닥에 놓은 수건을 그냥 다시 걸어놓는 서비스는 대체 뭐죠?? 그리고 3일동안 묵는 사람한테 수건도 리필 안 해주길래 두번째 날에는 new towel이라고 영어 이탈리아어 에스빠뇨르로 써놓으니까 그제서야 작은 수건은 리필해주고 큰 수건은 그대로ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아니 어느 호텔이 바닥에 놓은 수건을 그대로 걸어주고 가는 거죠?
이 중 하나만 겪었으면 그러려니 할텐데 수건도 아끼고 사람도 안 쓰고 무인모텔 급의 서비스 받으니 참 기분이 머 같았네요. 이거 보시는 분은 부디 더 좋은 호텔 찾아가세요

Checking in is very confusing, you check in at a completely different area then walk back to your room. About 5-7 mins walk from each other.

Great location off one of the best squares. A little challenging to find ( it’s on of the big wooden doors). Our only complaint was the espresso machine in the room had mold in the water tank.

Staff was great!! Loved the location and our room. The AC was also great! The only complaint was the hallway was a little smelly. It had a very strong smell of perfume and seemed like it was there to try and cover up a smell

We enjoyed our stay at Antico. The location was perfect and it was easy to self check in and get to the property. The only negative for my group was the air conditioning. While it does say that it has air conditioning the units that they use for a/c has restrictions and during the hot months which it was during our stay didn't provide a cool enough temp for us. They did provide fans but you have to use your key to activate the electricity and only one key is provided. So if you are gone for most of the day as we were it would take some time for the rooms to cool down even with the blinds closed. Overall a good stay but might have stayed somewhere else if I had known more about the a/c situation at this location as we had other people on our trip that stayed a block from us and had regular a/c and not the wall units.

Property is located in an amazing location. We stayed 2 nights and all the attractions and dinning were no more than a few minutes walk. Rooms are located in an old building, typical for the area but the facilities are clean. Coffee machine makes good cappuccino! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended staying here

We had difficulty finding the location of the hotel itself and then where we were supposed to check in at. No one shared that the science are extremely small on the side of the buildings and that they’re next to doors.
