호텔위치를 찾는 것 부터가 좀 난제였습니다.
흔히들 생각하는 그런 호텔입구가 아니기도 하고 호텔 간판도 없어서 한참을 헤매고 힘들게 들어갔어요
겨우 들어가서는 방문이 너무 뻑뻑해서 잘 열리지 않아 진을 뺐네요.
방음이 전혀 되지 않습니다. 기침소리, 옆 건물에서 떠드는 소리까지 다 들립니다.
그러나 조식은 맛있었어요.
직원이 상주하지 않아 안내를 받는게 너무 힘들고 전화를 해도 연결이 잘 안 됩니다.

這所「酒店」在trip的網站上顯示該入住時間為08：00－23：00，但是，我在當日22：00左右到達酒店時，我無法聯絡櫃檯，亦無法入住。
原來酒店在備註上寫到最後入住時間為19：00，而他們會為late check－in 的客人提供入住房號及密碼。 但當我使用trip提供的電話號碼，打算詢問入住密碼的時候，該電話號碼卻無法接通。 最後，我在其他房客的協助才能入住。
我被安排睡在閣樓的房間，廁所和浴室都不在房間入面，而是在樓下的走廊，換言而之，該廁所和浴室是開放給任何人。而最可怕的地方是那個浴室的門是無法上鎖的。 因此，你需要在隨時隨刻，任何人都可能會進入的浴室中洗澡或去廁所。
因為我只是想找一個地方過夜，因此即使google map上房主的態度很差，我當時也覺得還好。但是，我覺得大家可以再衡量一下是否要入住這種房主旗下的房間。

Dirty abandoned hostel! Staff nowhere to be seen. Kitchen filthy. Staff failed to provide breakfast. Nothing at all. No sign of Staff to ask. After complaint to agent, manager lied to cover tracks claiming we were told to go to hotel above. Kitchen same state next day. Went to hotel upstairs and manager no idea about lie. Staff member got him to cover. Shower and toilet faulty and serious health hazards. Seemed like we were the only guests. Do jot go here!

"Avoid This Place – Disappointing Stay in Florence" Our stay in Florence was a huge disappointment. This place felt more like an abandoned house than a hotel—no staff around, no service, and a generally unfriendly atmosphere. Breakfast only starts at 8 AM, so we couldn’t have it since most tours start earlier. The kitchen amenities were lacking (no working kettle!), and there was no hot water in the shower. They also charge 7 euros per person per day as a city tax, with very little in return. If you're traveling to Florence, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a comfortable and welcoming stay. This place isn’t worth the rating and definitely doesn’t meet expectations for a good trip.
