The guest house is located about 5-10mins away from the central station on foot, and walkable distance to the older part of the city. We've informed the staff on our estimated time of arrival, and he helped to carry our luggage up the stairs. (The lift does not stop at the floor which the guest house is located). Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Besides showing us the room, he also informed us on the places of interests with a map, and shared the location of nearby laundromats. The room was spacious and furniture are adequate. The double bed does not come with a comforter/duvet, just a thin layer blanket. The wash basin design is not ideal. Gets wet easily. No breakfast provided, but there are lots of cafes nearby. The guest house surrounding is quiet, but sketchy. We had seen 2 cars parked near the guest house with smashed windshields on 2 separate occasions. No other unsafe encounters though.

Stayed here in December 2022 and it all went smooth. Arrived earlier and room was not ready, but we were offered to store the luggage in the meantime. The Receptionist was super friendly and welcoming, provided us a city map and explained main points of interest. Room was warm and clean. The parking service they offer also comes in handy if you're driving. Cold not fault it, very good value for money. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Scorrettissimi. Ho prenotato mesi prima per il 31.12 su un nota piattaforma di prenotazioni. A distanza di mesi mi contattano dicendomi che a quel prezzo non possono darmi la camera. Mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione mettendomi in difficoltà perché a pochi giorni dalla partenza non si trovano più camere a prezzi decenti. Qualsiasi loro risposta a questa Mia recensione è una menzogna e ho tutti gli screenshot delle loro comunicazioni. Vergognatevi non sapete lavorare.

È stata la mia prima esperienza a Firenze e tramite Booking ho scoperto questo grazioso b&n insieme al mio ragazzo. Posizione centrale per arrivare in centro. Siamo stati davvero bene, check in molto intuitivo e semplice, buona la pulizia e l’accoglienza. Letto davvero comodo (abbiamo dormito veramente bene). Lo consigliamo vivamente.
