房間 進去先是有異味 禮賓送行李的也聞到了 然後説換房間給帶去看了兩個房間不是更小就是格局巨詭異.忍着沒換繼續住，結果空調跟沒辦法調節一樣巨冷.也忍了.然後洗澡下水道壓根不下水，直接快把整個房間都淹了.叫了半天前台換房間等了快半個小時才處理完，然後換完的房間，有玻璃渣，腳都劃破了！離譜至極

The location is unmatched. Near the train station walking distance to great restaurants and the must go places of old Florence. The rooms are quite modern and reasonable size. The Rooftop view is excellent! Staff was very friendly.

We experienced the warm heart & authentic culture of this city with the great staff of the W FLORENCE. The front desk staff (Simone, Maria Pía), Bellhop (Naelle) gave excellent customer service. The concierge, Julia, gave great recommendations for restaurants. It is amazing how the Manager, Gian Marco, is in the lobby; he is always helpful and welcoming. At the restaurant, Tratto, we had the best breakfast of our trip. There were many delicious and healthy options. Daniele was our server, and he was outstanding. The rooms are beautiful, and the location of the hotel is walkable to all the major attractions we went to. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay!

Absolutely excellent new hotel in a vibrant part of the city. Breakfast food and service were both exceptional. And the late night bartenders were both energetic and friendly. Rooftop wasn’t open but security let us peek. That’s going to a fantastic addition to an already superb hotel. Shoutouts to Daniel, Daniel and David for their terrific hospitality.
