The location is a bit far from the subway station, but there is a mart and a tram within 5 minutes, so I used it without any inconvenience!! Breakfast is provided for the price👍🏻

I was impressed by the friendly staff. The breakfast was also good. There is a coin laundry in the basement. Overall, I got a clean impression and it was a good experience.

The facilities are a bit dilapidated and the toilets are not separated into wet and dry areas, but the staff has a good attitude.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Re-Dama Hotel. The location is great, you can walk to the centre (30 min) or take the tram (4 or 5 stops). The breakfast is fantastic, lots of options and everything is fresh, good coffee machine. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, one of the days we had an excursion very early in the morning and they made a little bag with items for breakfast for us, it was great. The rooms are basic but you are out most of the day, overall it was a really good stay. There is also a supermarket a block away, which is very convenient. Highly recommended if you visit Florence.

Great location, a few stops from historical centre. Not too hard to find a parking spot nearby. Clean, comfortable room with a nice balcony - the view was lovely. Polite and helpful staff. English was not a problem. Delicious and rich breakfast!

Location is a little out of the centre - about 30 min walk, however it is very easy to get the tram (which is located a couple of min from accommodation) which takes maybe 10 min. Staff were always friendly & helpful. The aesthetic is bit a like a sassy modern car park filled with flowers. Room was clean and functional. Wifi was excellent. Disliked · Balcony was dirty and not cleaned daily. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

Very good bedding, very clean room, very quiet except for the noise of the train but if you are not a light sleeper it will not bother you. No train noise between midnight and 6am. Very good breakfast, lots of choice, very pleasant terrace in this season. Very nice and attentive staff. Nearby restaurant and ice cream parlor as well as a small supermarket. Very large room and small extra fridge. Bed and cleaning made every day. 3 night stay with two teenagers. 8 min from the center and 3 min walk from the T1 tram. Vending machine for hot and cold drinks and snacks.

Stayed two nights towards the end of July. Staff absolutely prepared and very kind, available 24 hours a day and with a contagious smile. International breakfast well stocked and simple but clean and comfortable rooms. Just 2 minutes from the tram with which to reach the center. Warmest compliments to the staff and the entire structure!

Hotel renovated in gray concrete, wood and steel. The strong points of this establishment are: the excellent and complete breakfast in the dining room or terrace overlooking the Milanesi street; The location next to the tramvia for the center (5 mm) and the very courteous and professional welcome. Negative and very negative side are: the rooms a little noisy for those which overlook the passage of trains and schoolyard. The comfort of the rooms is reduced to the bare minimum. There is absolutely nothing, no shelf for bags or luggage, 2 hangers for clothes, no kettle to make an infusion in the evening (see photos), 2 plastic chairs and mattresses placed on a wooden tray. If you are young it may suit you but too hard for us. Another thing besides the double rooms have 2 bunk beds and are cramped Ours was for 3 people. In short, even if you don't stay the day at the hotel and when you spend several nights there, having a good rest is not a luxury. As for the prices in June, the double room is €210 with breakfast. For Florence it's an average price but the modern decor hides the comfort that we can expect with these prices.

It's a shame that the hotel was renovated without soundproofing it! In our room, we heard the neighbors opening the shutters at 7am, the sliding door of the toilets opening... And the train passing! The hotel is right next to the train station, it takes 30 minutes to walk to the city center of Florence. Special mention for the breakfast which is very varied and good! The industrial concrete style is nice in the communal areas but the rooms are very impersonal and lack privacy. The little extra is the balcony in the room.

Really very good ! Very pleasant staff, spacious room and king-size breakfast. Very well thought out raw and functional style architecture. 4 stations from the center by tram T1. We will happily return.
