The shower room had only half a glass door, so the water leaked out and I had to keep wiping it. So I chose the facilities as 3 stars.
The location was about a 20-minute walk from the Uffizi Gallery and Florence Cathedral, so I chose 3 stars. There was a mart nearby, so it was convenient!
The service was friendly, but I only spoke Italian, so communication was difficult, so I chose 3 stars.

Nonstante situato in una vecchia palazzina,il b&b è ben arredato recentemente ristrutturato. (..una porta di ingresso un pochino più..accogliente,darebbe una migliore prima impressione..) Camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti. Check in online,colazione in camera ben organizzata con abbondante scelta. Gentile e disponibile sig.ra Irina che si occupa della accoglienza e soggiorno. Posizione comoda a circa 25 minuti a piedi dal centro. Fermata tram a 4 minuti,anche oer stazione FS. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Hotel validissimo, si trova circa ad una mezz’ora a piedi dal centro, che se si vuole si può tranquillamente fare a piedi altrimenti a due passi c’è la fermata per i mezzi! Staff professionale cortese e attento! Camere spaziose e pulite con cura. Il palazzo un po’ antico, ma appena si varca la porta del b&b ne rimarrete stupiti!!
