"The hotel is very modern. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very varied and it was always replenished. A friendly staff. A dog bed was even put in the room for our dog and treats were available. Unfortunately we were only in transit for one night and couldn't use the wellness area. But we will certainly come back."

"Our family of 5 stayed at Montanara for the week at February half term. We'd randomly came across the hotel when looking 4 years ago, pre covid, and they had kindly kept our booking until we were finally able to go. It was well worth the wait. The food was simply amazing - we all loved it, kids included. Breakfast had so much choice and it was all delicious. Dinner was a wow every evening - stunning yummy dishes and great recomendations on the wine. I've never had such wonderful food for a whole week before. Coming home was hard! Our room/apartment was nice. In a perfect world we'd have chosen to be on the other side with a view of the slopes but that's being picky. Everyone working in the hotel was absolutely lovely, big smiles and a very warm welcome. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The hotel is perfectly located for skiing with the main Achter Jet station a few meters away, the ski rental place next door and the skischool office opposite. If we go back to Flachau then we'd love to stay here again."

"This is an outstanding family-friendly all-inclusive hotel that pays attention to every small detail. It’s simply impossible to get bored here – everything is thoughtfully designed so both parents and children can enjoy every moment. The hotel features a heated indoor pool, a heated indoor children’s pool, and a heated outdoor pool with breathtaking views. There are plenty of activities for young children, even for the very little ones. Children attending ski lessons are picked up directly from the hotel and safely returned to the hotel’s childcare center. Even inside the restaurant, there is a dedicated play area for children, allowing parents to relax while their kids are happily entertained. Simply put – a perfect hotel for families."

"The penthouse is noisy, above the restaurant, and there's constant banging. The beds and duvets are filthy, the furniture is downright dirty, and the kitchen is also filthy and old! The bathroom is all-in-one, so no two bathrooms for 10+ people, so you have to make arrangements about who gets to shower when. There's no separate toilet, so it's also in the bathroom. The location relative to the slopes is excellent! The restaurant is good, and the staff are very friendly!"
