"We had a lovely stay from start to finish. It felt like home. Unfortunately we didn’t make full use of their spa, as we were there for other reasons but would come back just to experience it. There was so much on offer, their spa area is so big ! But you don’t even know it’s there, the spa guest must really like this as it keep it tranquil and calming just what you need! We only had breakfast at the hotel but this is one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve seen! Loads on offer and plenty of it, the room was perfect and the bed very big! Perfect stay thank you all! see you again! "

"We recently stayed at this hotel as we were looking for a night of relaxation somewhere close to Rome, however we didn't really enjoy the experience. On the plus side, the room was very clean and tidy, and some of the reception staff were helpful. The indoor spa areas were nice, and we found out by chance that children are able to use them from 8 to 9am (which doesn't seem to be advertised), which was good for us as we were travelling with a child and wouldn't have otherwise been able to use the spa. On the negative side, the male reception staff who checked us in were quite unfriendly and we didn't feel very welcome. The outdoor spa areas are quite scruffy, especially compared to the lovely photos on the website. The park and pool area was particularly scruffy and unkempt and looked like someones messy garden. The worst part for us was the amount of smoking taking place in all the outdoor spa and swimming areas, it's not something you generally associate with a spa. I wouldn't return here, and would rather spend a bit more for somewhere of a higher quality."

"I remembered this hotel as having a different 4-star rating. But they should downgrade it to 1. I booked for August, fortunately just a few days. We arrived and the room was not tidy and old. I noticed a lot of dust and the floor hadn't been swept. I called and the housekeeper, a very elderly person, told me they couldn't do everything properly. I told her I'd make up my own room in the next few days. They were so superficial in cleaning that it disgusted me. The stairwells were extremely dirty and remained that way the whole time. The carpets were filthy. The pool had murky water... and who got wet? He told me there was a Ferragosto drink... a disgrace... The only saving grace was the kitchen with the attentive, thoughtful staff. The service was fast and professional. Everything in the restaurant was good... They really deserve it. Breakfast was poor. But the rooms are to be avoided. The television didn't work... old, worn and ruined furniture... old and dirty balconies... smelly bathrooms. How expensive is a single? 120 euros? I changed hotels."

"We stayed here in April and had a really lovely experience, 3 adults and two children aged 8 and 11. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. We were given really good advice on places to visit, parking, directions etc in Rome and the surrounding area. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We were also given a packed breakfast to take with us for our early flight home without asking, all really thoughtful touches. Thank you Gianfranco and all the staff, wish we were still here!"

"What a nice structure. nice and professional staff. Room and bathrooms are wide and clean. Abundant and good breakfast. Excellent and complete spa, we have tasted it in the evening and we found it good. Excellent prices. Internal parking. I think they have recently changed the management, and they have recommended excellent restaurants."
