"The stay was wonderful and was walking distance to Fira's main square. Just knocked off a point because never in my life in all 30+ countries ive travelled have i ever been asked to give a tip when checking out. Very odd and inappropriate. Tipping should be a quiet option on a receipt or card machine but point blank asking 'Would you like to give us a tip' as a separate transaction after we've already paid for our stay is ridiculous."

"This hotel showed a complete lack of flexibility. I accidentally booked the wrong date, but realized it immediately and contacted both the booking platform and the hotel two weeks before check-in to request a refund or a date change. I noted that the same room type was still available, yet the hotel refused all solutions—including a refund, rescheduling, or even paying the price difference for the current rate. This was utterly unacceptable. As a result, we had to book another hotel but were still charged the full amount for this booking due to their rigid policy. Furthermore, we were shocked to discover that this hotel doesn't even have a front desk. A staff member suggested meeting at a McDonald's to hand over the keys, which is both unprofessional and raises serious red flags about the legality and safety of this establishment. We strongly advise against staying here."

"My husband and I had really unforgettable stay at Trieris Villa & Suites. From the very first moment we felt so welcomed. They met us with big smile, carried all our bags (and trust me, those steps in Santorini are not easy at all 😅), and in our villa we found complimentary fruits and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us. Such small details make you feel special. The villa itself is just like dream. Two floors, big terrace with breathtaking view of Aegean Sea, caldera and volcanic cliffs. There are two pools, comfortable sunbeds, and everything you need if you just want to relax and forget about world. Kitchen had everything inside, and the place was super clean and cozy. Breakfast was one of the highlights. You choose from menu and they bring it directly to villa, so every morning we were eating on our terrace, watching the town slowly wake up. In the evening we always opened bottle of champagne and enjoyed sunsets. Honestly, most beautiful sunsets we ever saw in life. Romantic atmosphere, comfort, cleanliness and service that makes you feel at home. Thank you Trieris Villa & Suites for memories we will never forget!"

"Antonis was very kind to upgrade us to a suite as there was a last min cancellation. The caldera view from the suite was absolutely stunning. Hotel is clean and it’s cleaned everyday. Breakfast is provided but don’t expect too much, simple and good enough to fuel the morning. Location is great with a delicious and affordable tavern just a 5mins walk away. There are other nice restaurants down the streets too. Walk to town is about 15mins. Downside is the water pressure issue we faced but they have seemed to fix it on my day of check out. Overall it was a good stay!"
