When we encountered a few challenges, they didn't just offer quick solutions; they thoughtfully assessed the pros and cons from our perspective, even if it meant extra work for their team. They have really went above and beyond!! The room itself was brilliant, and I had a very comfortable stay. My kids had a fabulous time playing in the snow right in our front yard! I also loved the wellness area, which had everything we needed, including a sauna, steam bath, and infrared options to help us relax. The dinner was also delightful. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Everything about the hotel is first class. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms exceptionally comfortable with the most breathtaking views. We are in the hotel for one lunch and two dinners and the food was absolutely delicious. The spa is amazing, I had a wonderful massage and enjoyed the pool and saunas. Can not recommend enough"

"Communication via email was great before the trip. Clients raved about the spa and especially the breakfast. They enjoyed their massages, although they thought the Wild thyme and Swiss pine massage is just a slight aromatic oil they said- not literally any thyme or pine. It is conveniently located to walk to town, the bus and trails. Thanks for everything!"

"Structure immersed in a very large and green private park and on the shore of Lake Fiè, recently built. The wellness center is very modern, equipped with a sauna, Turkish bath, a very large and elegant indoor pool, a relaxation area overlooking the park. Clean and spacious rooms with daily change of sheets and towels. Very courteous staff, especially the owner. Rich and complete breakfast, good quality half board. Good quality / price ratio. The only small flaw: having to pay for the bathrobes for the wellness center."
