Maybe there were so many people staying during the Spring Festival that the quality of room service couldn't keep up. When we checked in, there was water on the toilet floor. We couldn't contact the ”Customer Service Center” button on the phone in the room. To find customer service, we had to go to the front desk on the first floor. The hot spring is quite good, the water is changed and cleaned very frequently, and it is generally clean.

The hotel equipment is complete, the room can also make tea for leisure, and the space is large. Unlimited Yuyixu Hot Spring for two: Just opposite the hotel, there are many pools inside, there is an iron pot hot spring, which is also very special, forgot to take pictures, haha Buying things downstairs in the hotel, eating is also convenient, come back next time!

The restaurant is big enough and the room is spacious but dilapidated. It lacks regular maintenance and repairs. The breakfast food is acceptable, but the variety and price can be adjusted. There are more Western food options. The service is pretty good. The water supply and water pressure are strong but not very environmentally friendly. I hope the maintenance and food can be improved so that I can stay again in the future.

I stayed there for about ten days and it was really comfortable. Environment: The environment is also very good. There is a supermarket next to it, but there is not much food. Service: The people at the front desk are very comfortable and nice. I will stay here again next time.

There is only one charging place at the bedside, usually two, this is a bit inconvenient. The TV can be cast on the screen. I want to see what I want to vote. Can you upgrade it and stop using the old facilities? It is not convenient for children. They have to ask how to use it when watching TV.
