Wyndham Mallorca Portocolom Resort ★★★
"Great stay and received az excellent service. Room was clean and great location to the bay. Recommend."
Petit Hotel Hostatgeria Sant Salvador ★★★
"Amazing place lovely romm friendly staff"
Grupotel Club Cala Marsal Nature Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel facilities, food, and staff were 10/10! And the location was also unbeatable, with the Cala nearby. The only BAD thing was that our room wasn't cleaned either day we were there."
Barefoot Hotel Mallorca ★★★★★
"It's excellent; I think it's the best hotel in Mallorca for a vacation. The atmosphere is comfortable, the service is warm, and the food is plentiful."
Hostal Residencia San Francisco ★★★
"This hotel sucks! We payed 10.000 Danish Kroner for this! We booked a sea view room, you know what we got? A room that didn't have windows, but had a balcony.... THAT FACED THE ROAD. They said it was free housekeeping and towels. Which ended up cossting us 5 Euros each! The pool was dirty and never cleaned. They don't even have AC. Which costs 15 Euros a day! Not at all like the pictures. They don't have check-in, which is in the other hotel. No breakfast and no dinner. And the room was very dirty! When we entered there was a pair of underwear on the floor in the bathroom. How bad can this get! And a really bad and unsafe bus will pick you up to go to the airport. Not at all like the pictures! I don't get how this has a 3.5 rating. So MAD I used my summer break on this BS!"
Agroturisme Ca'n Gaia ★★★★
"This hotel is housed in a traditional Mallorcan house, yet it's luxurious. It's a place where you can fully experience the traditional atmosphere. The hotel also has a nice pool, making it a great choice for families. For nearby sightseeing and shopping, a car is required."
Residence Mallorca Cecilia ★★★
"Great location. The reception staff are super helpful. It's good value for money. No luxury here, but a nice base for exploring the area during the day. The sofa bed isn't very comfortable; we asked for a second mattress to make it more comfortable. Free parking right next door. Otherwise, it costs €15."
JS Cape Colom - Adults Only ★★★
"This hotel was excellent. All the staff including cleaner and all bar and restaurant staff were all very pleasant. Very clean hotel. Food was varied every day and cooked and presented beautifully. Will definitely be going back in the future."
Hostal Hpc Porto Colom ★★★
"Just there for food, not staying in the hotel - started off well, good food - a wee hiccup with the order but we didn’t mind that at all as that’s easily done. Following delivery of our main course we became invisible - no drinks, no service, zero manners from the staff. We sat with empty main course plates for 45 minutes, unable to get further drinks or a dessert. When we finally got someone she was incredibly rude and STILL did not bring dessert menus. She was obviously just keen to tidy up and go home. We gave up, paid and left as she laughed with her colleagues. I would never recommend this place to anyone based on the service alone. Everywhere else in Portocolom was incredibly welcoming as well as having great food. This was our experience- you might have a better one with nicer servers, the food was good so this was really disappointing and put a downer on our evening."

Boutique Hotel Sa Galera
"Rest and comfort Great food Great pool Great treatment Wellness"
Bellevue Belsana
"The hotel deserves more than 2 stars. A beautiful view of the sea and the lighthouse, yachts and motorboats sailing to the Marina. The hotel is very clean, rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed. WiFi (freeof charge) in the rooms works very well. No problems with the air conditioning. Clean swimming pool, lots of sun beds and umbrellas. There are approx. 10 minutes' walk to the charming beach. Friedly staff. Meals are OK, everyone can choose something."
Smy Portocolom
"Firstly, photos on Trip Advisor are very old. Hotel is totally different, and split over 3 locations (close). Restaurant is over the road in the building I assumed I was staying in but there are 2 buildings. Pools on different locations to main hotel. We were half board and had a ‘small’ junior suite with a sea view. Be aware hotel is quite a distance to walk to anywhere, we hired a car. Local restaurants are expensive and reservation only. Nowhere local for lunch or drinks although hotel have a small lunch menu at a cost! A bar at main pool but no food. Drinks were expensive! Breakfast was ok but held indoors with no air conditioning. Lunch was held outside in downstairs restaurant. Evening meal indoors. So hot, full sun and staff refused to open windows. Apparently air conditioning had broken down in all communal areas! for the 2 weeks we stayed. Air conditioning unit leaked massively in our room which engineer tried to fix, without success. Water made our room door swell so very difficult to close. Rooms cleaned everyday. Also seemed very short staffed in all areas. Pools were lovely but queues at 10am to get a sun-bed!! activities offered in afternoon, should’ve been morning really. Reception staff were great, as were restaurant staff. Felt sorry for them in the extreme heat. Be aware if you are half board, alcohol is nit included at dinner, only water. We were told this after 13 days there, not to touch the wine that everyone was drinking in the restaurant. No signs explaining this but a drinks menu suddenly appeared! Beach is about 20 mins walk and beach bar/restaurant is reservation only! Lovely staff and food there so book a table for lunch when you arrive at beach. Overall not a bad holiday for an ‘adults recommended’ hotel, there were children/babies there. Doesn’t meet a 4 star. Shame about air conditioning. Management should’ve been more apologetic and understanding. Local pharmacy and supermarket were 20 minute walk. Very expensive to book car rental through hotel, book yourself before you arrive. There’s a local market once a week and a local bus runs to Cala D’Or. Lots of locals come out at night so beware local restaurants are full. Parking a car is absolutely horrendous so expect to park at least 5 mins from hotel. Lastly, if you’re flying late, there’s a luggage room and was offered a shower at the spa area where we found the indoor pool was closed. (No hairdryer or towels)!"
JS Portocolom Suites
"Fantastic hotel this is our 4th visit with family and friends. Reception staff and all staff are lovely and so helpful. The suites have plenty of room and they are kept very clean. Food is great and there is a good choice for all tastes. The beach Cala Marcal is a 10 minute walk away which is an absolutely beautiful bay. We also did a vineyard tour at Son Alegre about a 10 minute taxi ride which was great fun, bus ride to Cala Dor and Palma for the day. We hope to come back next year and once again thanks to all of the staff at JS Suites!"
Robinson Cala Serena
"Robinsons Cala Serena was the first sport/leisure club we have ever tried and it will not be the last following a wonderfully relaxed and comfortable stay. We booked a deluxe room intially but were upgraded to another beautiful room due to a minor issue. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay and very respectful. Both rooms had marvellous bathrooms, beds, modern faciltiies, the wardrobe space was very large, my partner said it was probably the best room he had ever stayed in. Robinsons have really thought about the needs of their guests with many different touches in relation to the room, the grounds, the facilities and preferences. The water filling stations were brilliant, the laundrette, the private beach area, the adults only area for dining, all these touches just enabled us to be completely comfortable and relaxed within a matter of hours. The grounds and gardens were kept very clean and well maintained. I liked the design of how they located the blocks of accommodation, where the entrances are to the rear of the building and the main walkways are distanced from the rooms to create a quiet and peaceful retreat. The restaurant area and main entertainment buildings are impeccable, vey beautiful and very tastefully designed. The food and service of the food again is very well thought out to reduce waste and over indulgence. The food is very healthy, fresh and incredibly tasty. The drinks are all high quality. There is no fast food or low quality dishes, it is all of a high standard. Robinsons is not cheap, and you certainly get what you pay for. The actual location is stunning and you are able to jump or climb down into the waters between Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena. I used the watersports centres paddleboards on 2 occasions and thoroughly enjoyed my sessions out on the sea. It was good value at 15 euros for 90 minutes. The staff were all very polite, attentive and happy to help, always said hello whenever you passed by. The entertainment was very good in the main area. We would have particpated in more sports activities had it not been scorching hot weather, however we did attend the body art class, the gym and the sea jogging, again very knowledgeable and fit teachers, who were very experienced and could lead a group exceptionally. I cannot say there is much if anything that could be improved upon - perhaps a soap dish in the shower?? :) We usually stay at adults only hotels, however the children at the resort were all very well behaved, there were a couple of times a few kiddies sneaked into the adults only dining area, however the staff did address them so that they knew for next time. Overall a very enjoyable, pleasant stay with a high level of detail which has been finely tuned to create a respectful and wonderful resort to meet the needs of a multitude of guests, I would like to try out another Robinsons Club that hopefully offers wingfoiling as an activity, that would be a cherry on the top. MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family
"Amazing hotel! Excellent staff. But the best thing about the hotel is the amazing animation team they were the best I’ve ever seen especially Paige & Nacho. 😀"
Marsenses Natura Olea Hotel
"Stayed here for a week, it was a very relaxing holiday. All the hotel facilities are excellent. Brilliant pool & pool bar. Always very clean. Breakfast is delicious, everything catered for. Fresh fruit, hot breakfast, pastries, omelettes etc. Dinner is buffet aswell with different options every night. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Very friendly while working away. Our room had 2 bedrooms with one en-suite & a main bathroom off the hall. It's adults only (over 16) which ads to the relaxing atmosphere here. It's literally a 2 min walk to Cala Ferrera beach. Can walk across two hotel pool areas to get to a diving/jumping into the sea area that has ladders to get back out. Great experience & worth doing if you like a dip in the Med. There are a few bars nearby, one just across the road & a 15/20 min walk away is the main centre with lots of restaurants & bars. Had a great time here & we’ll defo be back."
Monsuau Cala d'Or Hotel 4 Sup - Adults Only
"Very nice, enjoyable stay"
Agroturismo Fincahotel Son Pou
"I want to start by saying that the woman who runs this hotel is very kind and tries her best to make everything good for the guests. Unfortunately, her husband is the complete opposite—rude, childish, and very disrespectful. We made an agreement with the manager to stay at the pool for an extra hour until 1:30 PM because our flight was delayed. She agreed without any problems since the next guests were not arriving until 5 PM. But then her husband came to the pool and started yelling at us, telling us to leave immediately. His behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable, ruining what could have been a nice experience. They really need to control him, or they should stop running a hotel. While the woman and the hotel itself are good, I cannot recommend this place because of the terrible way we were treated. No one should have to go through this on their vacation. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want your stay to be ruined by his bad behavior. Trip type"
Son Menut
"Just a lovely relaxing place in the sun. This is not a fancy hotel but a homely place, with amazingly lovely staff where you can relax, unwind and get away from everything. With a restaurant/bar on site plus the pool with shade to sit in you have everything you need. Nothing is far away if you want to go out to lovely beaches within easy reach and other things to see if you want them. The staff are friendly and attentive and really helpful. As a small place there is a lovely community feeling amongst the guests with opportunities to chat but enough space to be on your own if you like. The food is extremely good with a wide range of different things for everyone and some really good local wines. They will even let you spread a bottle of wine over the week if you want to try different things. This is enough on its own to recommend it but when you add in the horses you get a really great experience, for the advanced and novice rider alike. I tried a dressage lesson on the stallions, a jumping lesson and a trail ride, all were excellent, useful and fun. The horses are well cared for and in great condition. The place is just really well run. You will know there are horses about so if that bothers you I wouldn't go but I would recommend this place for both riders and others alike, as a place to rest, recuperate and enjoy a more peaceful life. My non-rider wife had a fabulous time."
Orange Colom - Seaside Apartments
"We loved everything about this hotel! Came here after staying at another place amd regreted that we did not book this hotel forvour whole stay. The rooms are spacious, equiped with everything you might need for your holiday. The view is fantastic. We were firstly afraid that pool is too small, but it is perfect size with enough lounges for everyone. Beautiful beach walking distance, bakery + Spar with necessities are very close. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood and also in harbor - takes few minutes to walk there. Martina at reception super nice and helpful. Overall - we could not recommend this place enough. This hotel is a gem."
Agroturisme Fincahotel Can Bessol
"The stay was dreamy. The apartments are beautifully furnished. The daily changed breakfast is made with fresh local fruit and fruit juice. Whenever there are wishes, they will be met. Pool is top and clean."
