Booked two rooms, when I went to use the self-service room pickup machine, I could only get one room, the booking number of the other room was not recorded, so I couldn't get the room normally through the system! 😤 At the same time, the same thing happened to another traveler, who hotel employees failed to respond to and handle appropriately."

"Very convenient location, large rooms and beautiful panoramic views from large windows of the city harbor. The hotel has all the most popular seafood restaurants, a promenade with a beach 50 meters away and a 5-minute walk from the Benedict Palace."

The Originals Boutique, Hôtel d'Angleterre, Fécamp ★★

"The hotel is undergoing renovations. The entire stairwell is covered with tape and tarpaulins, some of which extend into the corridors. The hotel was definitely not very busy. Nevertheless, I was assigned a room that was poorly ventilated, if at all, and overlooked a courtyard. Upon request, I was given a larger room that even had a sea view. However, the heating didn't work, and the room was freezing cold. After further requests, a space heater was finally provided. The staff member was helpful, but only after I inquired. There was no mention of the ongoing renovations. This seemed to be taken for granted. Despite its otherwise good location, this hotel is quite unique—and that's not meant in a positive way. Very disappointing and not recommended."

"Booked a lodge for a weekend for two. The accommodation was dated, the terrace was dirty with a wrought-iron table and chairs in very poor condition, and the refrigerator didn't work all weekend. The staff were friendly (reception and treetop adventure course equipment). It would be nice to have permanent toilets and showers built. Access to the lodge and tipis is treacherous; this should be mentioned in advance, as it must be impassable in the rain."
