"Our experience in the mass has been, as always, positive. This is our second stay and we decided to go back to enjoy the beauty of the Itria Valley. Massage is located in a strategic location, perfect for visiting the bourgeoises of the area. The owners are always very friendly and very friendly, ready to offer useful advice on the places to visit and to ensure that the stay is as comfortable as possible. However, we stayed during the week of Ferragosto and, unfortunately, we could not enjoy the pool area full, because every day there were partys of outside people. This has a little limited experience of relaxation, in a context where we hoped we could enjoy a little tranquility. A suggestion for further improvement of guests' experience would be to set up the beautiful garden behind the masserie with relaxing areas and a few tables to allow breakfast outside. This space could become a charming corner where you enjoy the freshness of the morning. In general, our experience has been positive and we are not looking forward to returning, hoping that small improvements can make the stay even more special. We strongly advise this massage to anyone who wants to explore the Itria Valley in a friendly and familiar environment."

"We have been spending our holidays at this property for years and it is always a happy return. The strong points are certainly the strategic position, the cleanliness, the proximity to the private beach, the sea, swimming pool, bar, everything within reach. Most of the staff are always friendly and helpful. However, the kitchen and the organization of the restaurant room need to be improved. Unfortunately the cuisine is no longer like the old days, the initial vegetable buffet has been eliminated, the fish first courses (with little fish), the side dishes repetitive and not 4 star. Unfortunately the dining room staff was constantly changing and, despite their good will, this created great disorganization and delays. Finally, as always, the Eureka animation was excellent, thanks to Diego and his entire team."

The restaurants were all fabulous as well as all their staff. Patrizia provided superb information of the Puglia area and tours. All in all a complete, relaxing delight! "In 2/2024 I booked a room for 6/2024. In 4/2024 I had to cancel my reservation. This was well within their cancellation refund deadline policy. They told me that they would refund my deposit, but they said they could not do it on my credit card. They asked for my bank account information, so they could transfer the money directly into my bank account. I provided them all of the requested information and they finally said my refund was in process & would hit in a couple of days. It’s two weeks later and still no refund…and they are not responding to my emails. Their terrible lying & customer service has left me no choice but to dispute the charge on my credit card and to share my concerns in reviews. Please beware if you make a deposit on your credit card as they don’t honor their own cancellation refund policy. Give your business to a more trustworthy resort….there are many other nice options in the area."

"Beautiful setting, lovely Masseria in a truly stunning part of Puglia. Two critisms : 5 star hotels have soft towels- these were were much bordering on the loofah type bath towels!!!! Unacceptable for a 5 star hotel with monogrammed everything in the bathroom - spend less on that and get decent SOFT towels. Secondly- the staff for dinner were unprofessional, untrained and extremely rude! Listening to the female manager taking them to task the next day is not what a paying guest wants to witness!!"

"We visited Masseria Montenapoleone this evening to do the wine tasting experience. Purchased as a gift. I can only describe the whole experience as dreadful. We were offered a red or rose wine, told one glass included in the package, with no explanation of the wines and considering we were sitting in the vineyard of which it was made was beyond poor. The surroundings were tacky and music was blaring out of the speakers in a setting that can only be described as Alice in Wonderland and a very naff one at that. The food was poor and inedible, no thought into the menu and considering it €85 each the whole experience was poor value and not recommended. We left within 40 minutes."

"The staff (from check-in to breakfast service to check-out) were not hospitable, with few exceptions. You feel like a tolerated "money provider," not a welcome guest. At breakfast, we waited almost until the end to get coffee (Giuseppe? was anything but motivated...). There's a lack of a good spirit, someone keeping an eye on things. What a shame! It would be such a beautiful place (beautifully decorated, practically every corner is Instagrammable, a gorgeous masseria in the middle of 13,000 olive trees), but we can't wholeheartedly recommend it."

"We just left after five days. We travelled all over the region and stayed here. I can see why it’s #1. Even before we arrived they arranged our rental car and a pick up from our hotel in Sorrento. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very accommodating. Anything we needed they were there. Our room was totally good with a balcony overlooking the pool. Pool area and gym were both great too. We would definitely stay here again."
