Stayed: June 14–15, 2025 I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton in the heart of Bintaro Sector 9, and I must say, everything exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The location is fantastic—strategically situated near restaurants, cafes, and shopping spots, making it easy to explore Bintaro while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing stay. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the wonderful hospitality and professionalism of the staff. A very special thanks to Bella at the Front Desk, who greeted me with warmth and efficiency. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made check-in smooth and welcoming. She also provided helpful local tips that made my short stay even more enjoyable. I also want to appreciate the breakfast team, especially Anissa and Silvi, who delivered outstanding service with a smile. The breakfast selection was fresh and delicious, and they were both attentive, polite, and quick to respond to any request. It made my morning start on a perfect note. The room was clean, well-maintained, and cozy—exactly what you’d expect from a Hilton brand. I loved the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities provided, including the signature warm cookie at check-in! I wouldn’t hesitate to return to DoubleTree Bintaro and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s not just the location or the quality of the hotel—it’s the people like Bella, Anissa, and Silvi who make the experience memorable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
