I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning seaview that made our stay truly memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Bella, who provided us with detailed information about the local area and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An exceptional highlight was when we accidentally left some belongings behind after checkout. Mindy went above and beyond to assist us. She took the initiative to post our items to our next hotel in a different city and even covered the cost herself. Overall, the staff were exceedingly helpful, and their outstanding service made our stay extraordinary. Highly recommended!

I found this hotel based on the ratings on Ctrip. At first, I was worried about whether the bedding would be dirty or not, but when I moved in, I found that I was completely worried! The bed was super comfortable, the quilt was clean and soft, the bath water was also very big, and I slept very well at night. The most surprising thing is that the hotel actually has free coffee all day! Hainan Fushan coffee is really amazing, it is so fragrant, and a cup in the morning makes me feel energetic. The breakfast is also great value. You can eat Hainan noodles for 20 yuan, and the taste is quite authentic. The price-performance ratio is great. The service is also very considerate. The waiter is always smiling, helping with luggage and greeting people, and it feels very enthusiastic. In short, this store is really good value for money, and it is very comfortable to stay. We planned to go to Wennan Old Street and Confucius Temple the next day, so we chose to stay in a nearby hotel. Advantages: 1. The room is large, and the children can play and move around with a bunch of luggage. The two beds are large in size, easy to move, and put together is very convenient for families with two children. The bedding is good and the sleeping experience is very good. The balcony is quite large and the view is relatively wide. 2. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a gas station across the road, close to the downtown area, and complete supporting facilities. 3. The shower is very good and the bath is comfortable. Disadvantages 1. The surrounding environment of the hotel is a bit messy. There are two clubs in front, and the parking lot is full of garbage, and the hygiene is worrying. Others, The projection is OK, not to mention the giant screen audio and video. The partridge tea bags in the room are unique, and the decoration style gives people a sense of Hainan characteristics. Overall, the price-performance ratio is above average.

An ok hotel, a little dated and overpriced for what we got. Location is ok. Booked a suite and was a little disappointed given the price of the room. Parking was almost impossible and staff were less than helpful in this regard. There are better options locally.

Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @

From our plan to Wenchang, we saw a lot of Wenchang hotels and homestays. Many of them chose this homestay. They were not disappointed. From the beginning of check-in, the boss was very enthusiastic. The 3 of us also upgraded the room type. The room was warm and clean. This homestay can be seen that the boss is very sentimental. The homestay is very close to the beach, the beach is very clean, and the photos are very good. (And on the small road to the hotel, passing a coconut grove, really super beautiful, even if I was baptized by the Capricorn, there were traces of wind and rain, but it was full of another kind of beauty)

You can see the sea from the upper floors. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and patiently told us where to buy seafood. The hotel is very close to the seafood market. You can have it processed directly at a nearby hotel or you can bring it back to the hotel. The front desk provides a pot and you can cook it directly in the room. Great!
