The guest relations manager Raja and Cindy are very friendly and helpful. Raja are very attentive as my parents are in wheelchair which he is very helpful to arrange an accessible room for my mum which is very caring and exactly what we need when travel with elderly. He is so kind to upgrade us to sea view room type which my parents can enjoy their time in hotel. Highly appreciated the staff for all their special care. Thank you for the bell desk who always standby to assist us for luggage and assist with our wheelchair. Great hotel and very relax location. Thank you everyone.

Hilton Wenchang is located on a beautiful property, having a great staff kindly extending most excellent hospitality to our family all the way from the swift check-in, breakfast, happy hour in the lobby lounge, kids club with great activities as well as the refreshing outdoor pool. I also need to mention that our daughter was super excited to see the space rocket launch from the tropical beach just a short walk from the hotel. A memory for a lifetime!

I kept choosing it at the beginning, fearing that I would stay in a fake five-star hotel like the one in Boao the day before. From the time I booked the hotel, the customer service kept contacting me and asked if I needed anything. After I moved in, the staff had a very good service attitude and sent welcome fruits and afternoon tea. The afternoon tea was very special. The hotel breakfast was also very good, with many varieties and very fresh. It is very close to the Maritime Library. It is worth checking in. The hotel is really good and worth recommending. Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @

A very good seaside homestay. The cotton bathroom and toiletries are of the standard of a five-star hotel. It is so nice to take pictures inside and outside the yard. I also enjoyed breakfast facing the sea. I used to stay in hotels. This time I brought my puppy and could only choose a homestay. I didn't expect to have the chance to choose such a great homestay. I was warmly received by the owners Yebao and Gaogao. I took a farewell photo before leaving. It was a very good seaside living experience, worth recommending.

The environment inside the farm is very good, but outside the farm it is a different scene. It's suitable for taking the elderly and children on vacation. Don't choose a place close to the recreation area because it will be noisy. Dining is also very friendly. Breakfast is ¥39/person and is very rich.
